- Private Casita (Bedroom 5): Queen bed, private full bathroom, sitting area, Nespresso station, space for air mattress – sleeps up to 4

- Extra sleeping: Florida Room sofa – sleeps 1; Living Room large couch – sleeps 1

Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. No vaping, no unregistered guests, no events. Front‑yard and pool‑facing cameras are for liability only. A matching photo ID and credit card are required before check‑in, and a rental contract must be signed electronically.
