This 4-Bedroom, 3.5-bath mountain retreat is a perfect location for getting outdoors for hiking, golfing, biking or skiing/boarding. When you are not exploring the great outdoors, soak in your Private hot tub, right outside your living Room, or grill up your favorite dinner.

Within this 2,200-square-foot residence, Family & friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation Home. The town house sleeps 8 in beds, 9 with sofa bed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen:
Your fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware & cookware you expect from a Luxury residence. There is a grill available, as well. There is a dining table for 8 with additional kitchen bar seating.

Living:
Continue into the open living Room, where your Family can lounge on the two sofas & catch up on favorite TV shows or movies on the flat-screen television, while enjoying the Gas Fireplace, which adds warmth & a romantic mood to the Room.

Bedroom 1: The master Bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, a Private deck, a Walk-in closet & a spacious en-suite bathRoom with a separate soaking tub & Walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: This guest Bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, a Private deck & an en-suite bathRoom with dual sinks & a separate soaking tub & Walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: These guest Bedrooms on the second floor have a queen-size bed & access to a Jack-and-Jill full bathRoom. There is an additional guest half-bath on the main level for Easy Access from the kitchen & the living Room. Additional twin air mattresses are available upon request.

Parking:
The town Home includes a two-car parking garage. However, no need to rent a car, just Steps away is the Free town Shuttle.

Location:
The town Home is located on Park Avenue, three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort & six blocks from Main Street. Take the Free Shuttle or enjoy a leisurely Walk. Adjacent to City Park, this property also has Easy Access to the Walking/bike path alongside a babbling creek, a great way to Walk to Main Street. In addition, there is a group pavilion, childrens park, tennis & basketball court, skate park & playing fields nearby.
