Nice location next to a canal.

Reception staff pleasant and helpful on arrival. Very big room with a huge bed made up from two large singles. Plenty of storage and well heatied. The heavy curtains kept the light out but some noise could be heard from the main road, although we did get a comfortable night's sleep The large bathroom had lovely toiletries and was very clean. The breakfast was an additional extra and a bit pricey. However there was a lot of choice, although average in quality and the staff appeared a little disorganised. We had to ask for cutlery, cups and plates. It was self service but there was no-one to ask when the food needed replenishing. This would not prevent us staying again as the overall experience was very good.

Needs Attention

Pros: Layout, situation and decor.
Cons: Communicative Staff that understand what you require.
Location: Only stayed one night. No time to look at local area.
Reception staff fine. Remainder of staff lack good English and social skills.
