This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis

Amazing stay!
I would comfortably rate our stay at a very strong 5 star in every category. The idea of combining a luxury hotel experience with a remarkable VRBO is a real winner. Don't bring a thing. It's all there. Towels, beds are luxury, etc. An experience that will bring us back.

Great Condo, Great Location
I went with a friend to Charleston for the first time. We wanted to stay within walking distance to downtown. This unit was perfect. It was in a really cute neighborhood and it was walking distance to many cute restaurants and breakfast shops. And walkable to downtown area or a quick Uber ride. The unit itself was perfect for two people or two couples. It was nice that the rooms, both with their own bath, were separated by the kitchen and living area for privacy. The unit was updated and decorated nicely. One thing to note is that this is a second floor unit so there is a flight of steps to get to the unit.

This VRBO location was excellent for a girls weekend. Walking distance to almost everything! The space was perfect for the three of us, and can highly recommend staying here either with a small family, partner or friends.

The VRBO was great!! Quick response from the stay duvet employees. Location was fabulous! We were able To walk everywhere. Tons of dining close by..everywhere!!! Drove to Sullivan Beach 2 days. Very easy drive to get there! Will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much! It was awesome!!

Convenient and cozy
This is great property! It’s quiet, and in a great location. The floor plan allows for common areas to hang out and for privacy with bedrooms located on opposite ends. Very clean, and stocked with everything you’d need. Property manager very responsive and accommodating. This would be first choice for my next visit!

Loved our stay here! Close to King St, restaurants and shopping, great location in a nice neighborhood. Spring street is a little busy but overall not that noisy. The unit itself was very quiet when inside. Loved the porch swing! My only suggestion would be to install blackout curtains in the front bedroom. There was a street lamp that shined in all night and curtains might help. Otherwise a lovely property that we would definitely stay in again!

Good Location
81 Spring is located very close to King St. We were able to walk all the way down to the market and to the Battery. There are also free city buses that are available all day. The house is in a residential area and felt very safe. Enough space inside for the four of us, although we were out most of the time. The place was clean. Not a lot of room in the bathrooms and the bedroom could use some hooks. Overall we all enjoyed the house and Charleston.

This is a beautiful place to stay located next to some amazing shops and restaurants in Charleston. Easy access to what this great city has to offer, and the home comes with all the amenities you could want in a rental. Only regret is not staying longer to enjoy it more!

Anniversary Celebration
Great place to stay with another couple celebrating both our 25th Anniversary’s. The shower liner in master BR needs replaced (was moldy) and listing says 2 king beds, however the back BR is a queen :( which was disappointing. But the mattresses were comfy. The apt was nicely appointed and side porch was fun to hang out on. Location was nice, was great to be few blocks back from King Street noise wise…easy to walk to eat and drink and catch Lyft rides to get to French Quarter area to take in the gorgeous historic sites! Food and service was amazing everywhere we went. We will visit again for sure!!

The most charming neighborhood
I’ve stayed in many neighborhoods downtown but this is by far my favorite. A bit of a walk to campus (my daughter is at CofC) but it’s so worth it to be just beyond the bussle. I popped in to as many of the cafes I could (Baguette Magic, Bad Bunnies, Island Provisions, the Pass, Browns Bakery all within a block or two!) If I could, I’d move here! A couple of little things to be aware of - while off the beaten path, Spring St. is still busy. Expect some noise, and also know that the walls are thin. I’m a light sleeper and could hear my neighbor snoring downstairs)! Also the street lights blare directly into the front bedroom even with the blinds closed (like I said, I’m a terrible sleeper). Like all Stay Duvet properties, this was exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed, and well equipped with everything you need.

Good location, a bit of walk to the nice/ well known parts of town. But not a bad walk at all. Overall enjoyed the property, very nice clean, super easy check in / check out process as well. I do wish it included parking but we purchased three day parking in a parking lot off Woolfe street that wasn’t expensive, and significantly closer than the suggested parking locations!

Fantastic Stay in Charleston

The stay was just o.k. as we had issues with the air conditioning.
The stay was up and down due to the problems with the air conditioning. It would cool down at night but it was hot during the day. Due to this we tried to stay away most of the time but it was unavoidable at times. The second to last day it reached 83 degrees and was very uncomfortable within in the apartment. Also, when the people staying in the "A" apartment were cooking you could smell their food as if they were in apartment "B" with us. Also, the people below us in the beginning of the week would come in and be very loud and they seemed intoxicated. At one point we heard a man puking excessively below us. Overall I would not stay there again. Especially as Tuesday night it took over three hours for the man to fix our air conditioning and it was still 83 degrees when he left and then it didn't reach down into the 70's until the middle of the night. I think it was 3:00 a.m. and it was still 78 degrees. That is not how you want to experience your vacation and that is why we feel the way we do.
