Fernando and Manuel were both very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable about the sights. My girlfriend and I are not strong swimmers but never felt unsafe as they made sure to check in on us in the water and made sure we could see the turtles. The same goes for the cenote as Fernando gave us information on the cave but also space for us to do our own thing.

The best experience in Mexico! Honestly this tour couldn’t have been better. Johnny was a fantastic guide and the whole day ran so smoothly from start to finish. We travelled to Akumal to see the turtles (we saw so many and our snorkelling guide was great) and then we travelled to a cenote and had it all to ourselves! Overall, couldn’t recommend this trip, or Johnny, more highly- can 100% recommend 😊

This tour was great. Manny was our guide and he was tremendous. He was knowledgeable, low key and very funny. We first swam with the turtles and saw 7 or 8; plus a few rays. My wife isn’t a great swimmer and very intimidated. Manny set mask her up, calmed her down and pulled her along. She was thrilled with the experience. He knew that seeing the turtles was a priority for my daughter, so he made sure she was always up close when he spotted one. Next we went to the Cenote. We’ve been to others, but this one was easily the best I’ve been to. It was a well lit cave with crystal clear water and small fish swimming about. There were never more than a handful of people there so we always felt like we had the place to ourselves. Manny explained the formations, the size of the system (325 miles) and showed where divers go from cave to cave. Finally, lunch. It was a funky little outdoor place close to the Cenote. The food was very good and the Margaritas were killer. We spent over an hour with Manny talking about our live, our kids, our dogs, Akamul, and life in Mexico. What a great time. I highly recommend this tour, and can’t say enough about what a great guide Manny was.
