This adorable, newly renovated cottage home is perfect for a couple's getaway! Nestled in charming Yarmouth Port, Sweet Pea Cottage offers modern amenities and cozy comforts within a beautifully designed small space. Walk to the village of Yarmouth Port, Dennis Pond beach with lifeguard in season and lots of hiking trails just across the street! Visit neighboring Dennis and Hyannis...less than 15mins away!

★ Sweet Pea Cottage is a luxury small cottage set next door to Summer Cottage with separate backyards.This 100 year old cottage was recently renovated. Charm plus all the modern amenities and new luxury linens!


★ Max occupancy is 2 (no additional infants/toddlers). We are so sorry but we don’t rent to anyone under age 21.

★ Pets under 20lbs welcome!
$25/nt pet fee

★ Bedroom with queen-size bed and a new luxury mattress, duvet & pillows. Streaming flatscreen TV.

Please note there is no closet, there is a shelving unit and an area to hang clothes.
Bedroom is off the living room & bathroom is off the kitchen.


★ Gas fireplace in the living room with comfy seating and large flat screen TV. Streaming services only.


★ Large fully equipped kitchen with island and marble counters. Seating for 2 at the island. Door out to the backyard and patio.


★ Brand-new bathroom with glass shower and rain head shower system. Bathroom is supplied with soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and toilet paper


★ Lush backyard outlined with ancient trees. Fire pit/seating area plus a dining area with seating for 4. String lights add some magic.


★ Washer / Dryer


★ Parking for *one car only* in shared parking area with the main house. Signage on property


★ A/C provided by split unit.

★ No smoking, no firearms, no open flames (except for outdoor fire pit), no illegal
substances




The bedroom does not have a closet but we do have a shelving unit and a place to hang items


Since the cottage is surrounded by trees it will have its share of mosquitos and no see ums.
If window is left open at night and a light is on in a room small bugs may come through.
Therefore, we recommend closing all windows before dusk to prevent this.
All our cottages are treated for bugs/ants by a local provider
