Escape to a completely renovated 3-bedroom farmhouse at Pancake Hollow Farm in Corbin City. Corbin City is 12 miles west of the southern tip of Ocean City, New Jersey. Located in Atlantic County, Corbin City does not require the extra 9% tourism tax equated with Cape May County. Enjoy a farmhouse stay within 15 minutes of Ocean City and Sea Isle City. Four(4) seasonal beach tags for Ocean City are included with your summer booking. Vacation in a rural setting, and have the availability of local tourism at your fingertips. Bring your flip flops and beach towels for an enjoyable summer vacation without paying the island fees.

Pancake Hollow Farm features 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, perfect for a cozy night's sleep. With amenities like AC, heating, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in a rural setting away from the hustle and bustle of populated areas. The two(2) full size bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, soap, shampoo and towels for your convenience. Linens are supplied for all 3 bedrooms, including extra blankets and throws. The kitchen boasts of brand new appliances, cookware and dishes and an air-fryer and microwave for quick meals. A Weber grill is located in the backyard, off the kitchen. A Keurig coffee maker is stocked with coffee and hot coco products. Disposable paper products are also supplied for convenience.

The farmhouse has approximately 1500 square feet of living space. Enjoy coffee on the wrap around front porch, or grill some steaks in the spacious backyard. The farmhouse sits in a cedar tree grove and is adjacent to 20 acres of mowed pastures and woodlands. The property has natural streams, bogs and ponds. We ask that children be supervised at all times. And since there is abundant wildlife we suggest taking preventative measures for mosquitos, ticks and other flying insects. Remember, leaves of 3, stay away from me. We do our best to keep the property tidy and mowed. Mother Nature and wildlife control the rest.

A farmer's market and 2 story barn are located in close proximity to the house. The market and barn are currently under construction and are not accessible. We can be found working inside the barn on the weekends and some evenings. The farmhouse, barn and woodlands are very old. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted at any place on or in the farmhouse. This rule is strictly enforced. Security cameras are located at the rear of the market and around the barn. They face away from the farmhouse and are monitored.

Pancake Hollow Farm is centrally located between Atlantic City and Cape May County shore points. It is approximately 15 minutes to the southern end of Ocean City, and Sea Isle City. Cape May and Atlantic City are 30 - 40 minutes in either direction depending on traffic. If wildlife and kayaking/boating is your passion, we are 2 miles from the Tuckahoe Wildlife Management Reserve. There is access to hiking, biking, birding, boat ramps, and fishing on the Tuckahoe River. You can drop your boat trailer or store your kayaks at the farm when not in use. Contact us ahead of time to make arrangements.

We have spent the last 5 years restoring Pancake Hollow Farm. We love that it is within a short drive to all the tourist attractions, yet located in a rural area. If meandering the back roads is your thing, there are plenty of shops, eateries and farmer's markets to explore. Shoprite in Marmora has online grocery ordering, pickup and delivery. Some of our favorite local spots to frequent are: Mamma Mia's, Dino's Dinner, Las Olas Mexican Restaurant, Village Kitchen, Tuckahoe Cheesecake Factory, and various pizza/hoagie establishments. If you are craving seafood, the Crab Trap in Somers Point and the Lobster House in Cape May are our favorites. Sit by the water and enjoy the atmosphere, or a carriage ride around the Victorian city of Cape May. Maybe try some yoga or an Acai bowl at our favorite Luna Soul and Bowls down the street on Route 50. Drop a kayak or your boat in the back bay less than two miles from the farmhouse. Spend the day on the water and the evening in Ocean City on the boardwalk. There is something for everyone. Have a special request, just ask. We have lived in this area of southern New Jersey our entire lives. We know all the favorite spots locally, and within a short driving distance.

Amazing Farmhouse Stay! (Exceeded Expectations - Highly Recommend)
Laura's farmhouse was AMAZING and I will definitely rebook! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The main living area is an excellent gathering space with high ceilings and an open layout, while a mudroom off the kitchen provides a quiet retreat for introverts. The entire house is newly renovated and the kitchen has all you could need – brand new appliances and plates, cups and cutlery were provided (disposable and non-disposable). The temperature was warm and comfy throughout, beds were comfy, towels were plush and showers were hot. The bedding was super cozy and I can't think of a single thing I would change. Windows were nice and large with great natural light coming in, including the front door which is framed glass. The location is right off of the highway but there are no other houses around so plenty of privacy. We appreciated that cans were provided for both trash and recycling, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Our trip was short so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all amenities - I'm sure the wraparound porch will be great in warmer weather and they also have a fire pit available when conditions allow. We were in the area for a family event which the location was perfect for - it would definitely serve as a great homebase for a stay in South Jersey to visits shore points, the county zoo, etc. Laura was very responsive in our communication and super accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this property to others!
