In winter the built in designer Morso log burner merrily crackles away to create a warm, relaxing ambience where you can sink into the sofa and unwind.

The cool, contemporary kitchen sits right at the heart of the home, with its high quality units, quartz work tops, integrated appliances and large breakfast bar, with sliding doors leading straight out onto the alfresco dining patio. The first class inventory is complemented by Neff appliances including oven, induction hob, dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer.

The Scandinavian style open plan living area offers a superb light and airy open plan feel. The designer corner sofa and dining area are assisted by ceiling to floor windows to the gable end & sliding doors drawing in the sunshine while overlooking the stunning social outdoor area . Complimenting your experience, Richmond House comes complete with built in Sonos sound system, Electic Blinds, Smart TV & High Speed Fibre broadband internet.

Finishing off, this unique retreat are two well designed Super King bedrooms again fitted with Smart TV's. The luxurious beds, high quality Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels and bath robes are the most welcoming retreat at the end of the day. Each bedroom has been individually styled with bespoke furniture & wardrobes made to the highest possible quality. The contemporary high quality continues into the en suite bathrooms which come complete with Villeroy & Boch relaxing roll top bath, Hansgrohe rainfall showers and underfloor heating.

Outside, there are 2 private car parking spaces with EV Charger, a lovely alfresco patio area complete with outdoor log burner and delightful stone steps leading upto a raised patio area with stunning moutain views.

Fabulous House
The house was beautiful and furnished to an exceptional very high standard and it was immaculate. Great location and we were able to walk in Bowness. The housekeeping team and Otto were very helpful when my husband was poorly. Thank you all we thoroughly enjoyed our week, and we are looking to book again next year. We highly recommend this place.

Just returned from a week at Richmond House, where everything has been renovated to a high specification, which makes it a great holiday home. The kitchen is well equipped with quality brands. All the wardrobes and bedroom fittings have been well thought out. Big walk in shower and large free standing bath. Again all the bathrooms have been fitted and finished to a high standard. The quiet cul de sac location is perfect for walking into Bowness or further if you want to. But staying ‘home’ is a great option with a large, private outdoor area.

My Husband, 2 young girls and myself stayed for Christmas week. From the off we had many questions to ask and we were responded to instantly from Rebecca & Phil. They were very helpful and recommended many things for our first away Christmas. The house was amazing it had everything you needed. It was spotless and has top quality furnishings even down to products supplied, like luxury toiletries. Brilliant location for walking out to shops, bars and restaurants. Many amazing walks that were listed in the property. We met the management/ house keeping team on arrival and in the week. Even though we didn't need to contact them as everything was perfect with the house. We will definitely be booking this property again. Thank You Rebecca & Phil for an unforgettable family Christmas you truly have made a perfect holiday let.

Amazing property
This is a wonderful property in a great location. The house which is all on one level is decorated and finished to a very high standard. Very modern and sylish with quality furniture and appliances. The log burner was great, large smart TV, dish washer, oven, washer/dryer all used and came in handy. Great views of the mountains and of lake Windermere from the raised patio at the rear of the property. Space for 2 cars so parking not a problem at all. Would have loved to have sat out on the patio with the outdoor fire but the weather was not too kind. Will be a great space in the summer time. Can't fault the hosts who were very welcoming and kept in touch. Location is great and just a couple of minutes walk into Bowness town centre.
