Unobstructed picturesque view of the Cape Fear River and USS North Carolina from your living room and spacious balcony. The sunsets are gorgeous!! Just around the corner from Wilmington's renowned Market and Front Streets, both with many fine restaurants and bars. The Downtown Riverwalk is on USA Today's short-list for Best Riverwalks in the country and is just outside your door. Secure building with parking available nearby in public lots, however is not included in the nightly fee. Two elevators available in the condo building.

Came to Wilmington to see my son at college for the weekend. Had been in the building before so I was familiar with the layout and access to everything. Good communication with the owner and quick responses. Nice touch with a welcome basket of snacks. Improvements that I believe could be helpful are updated smart TVs and parking pass option in the garage on Grace Street. Also, the listing needs to be updated to say that shampoo, conditioner and soap are no longer provided. Excellent view and will be back again on next 3 years maybe more...my daughter likes the university as well.

Great Place and Host!
We loved our stay. The apt had everything we needed. The view and location could not have been better. Host was extremely accommodating and allowed us a late check out. Like a lot of cities, Wilmington mostly had meter parking or garage parking. Host offered great recommendations to keep parking cost low. Would definitely stay right here again! Oh, almost forgot to mention the basket of treats he left us!

A gem to stay in!
Clean and cozy with a gorgeous view of the river. Everything is within a walking distance and there are endless shops, restaurants, and historical sites. We ended up parking in the parking garage on North and Grace ($14 a day). Check in instructions were clear and concise. I hope we can stay again soon!

This place was excellent. Highly recommend. The view of the drone light show for Riverfest was excellent very peaceful with beautiful sunsets over the battleship and river. Only complaint is there wasn’t soap or shampoo for the shower, which I had to run out and get and parking was a little difficult because of the festival.

The property itself is nice. Basic, clean space to stay in. Balcony with river view, secure entry doors. The noise, however, is TERRIBLE. Rowdy revelers, street racing(?!), sirens... no insulation to drown out the sound and it is noisy nonstop from 10p-3a. Also: NO PARKING. You have to find street parking or use a garage, there is no parking with this unit.

Excellent Birthday Getway
My husband and I had an amazing time. The property was perfect for us. We were a stones throw from everything near the riverwalk and downtown. If I could change anything it would be the parking availability and cost. Our host Nick did a wonderful job of making sure we were comfortable and we had what we needed for our stay. The condo was perfect for two. Comfortable and convenient to downtown entertainment. Having to park so far away was a new experience for me but that wouldn’t keep me from returning. It is something to be mindful of. However again, a lovely place with a kind helpful host. I definitely recommend it!!

Condo is centrally located in the Historic District of Wilmington with an awesome view of the USS North Carolina battleship. Condo is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Highly recommend this property!

Elevator was broken and had to take multiple trips up 8 flight of stairs. Owner seemed very unconcerned; “These things happen.” When I asked for a few hours grace to check out later, I never heard from owner. Responded immediately when I said I was out of the property. Not a bad rental but beware of issues.

Great condo with Historic view!
This waterfront condo checks all the right boxes, clean, spacious, comfortable, quick walk to all things good, and an absolutely beautiful front seat view of the Historic Battleship along with stunning sunsets over the water. Host was responsive and incredibly generous. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Great Condo and downtown location
We were in town to visit family and attend a concert on the river. It's our second time staying in this building, first time in this condo. Location is great. You can walk to everything and you have a great view of Cape Fear river while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable. A gift basket was left for us which included snacks and a couple of 'single serve' bottles of wine. (class act) We would definitely stay here again.

Condo exactly as described. Nick is excellent host, accommodated our special request, timely communication. The view is beautiful. Great bars, restaurants and activities. Toured the battleship, Cape Fear museum and Bellamy Mansion. Beach is 15 minute drive. We will definitely here again.
