Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom includes alcove seating area, private en suite bathroom & Smart HDTV. Spacious living room with comfy sofa, Smart HDTV, laundry room, private backyard with patio, BBQ, free high-speed Wi-Fi, shared onsite parking, ATV/RV parking and key-less access.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Other things to note
Separate Casita: Please note the separate detached casita adjacent to the home may be occupied by long-term residents and that parking areas may be shared between guests and casita occupants. The casita utilizes and will need access to enter/exit from the right side of the home.

Pool Suitability & Use: Please note the home has an open pool without additional barriers or gates and as a result this property is not suitable for young children under the age of 12.
