Nice Little Home with a Large Back Yard

This was a lovely little home to utilize while visiting the area! I didn’t stay in the home a ton but while I was there the pups utilized the back yard which was very big and they loved it! Too cold to use the pool. Did notice that the owner was putting in an awning over the drive way which will be a nice added bonus for protection! All in all a great place, owner is super nice and friendly! Would recommend to anyone coming to stay in the area!

Graduation

My family and I booked this place to stay for my graduation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, and we had so much fun playing in the game room. I havent laughed this much in a long time. We had an amazing time and if we come back, we will stay here again

This house worked well for our Thanksgiving dinner. The privacy was lacking in backyard due to the fence not being there. We would not of chosen the house had we known, but life worked out just the same. Had a good visit with my children & that is what matters.

Family Trip

This property is wonderful! Great for a family - has a wonderful game room, everything you need in the kitchen and the floor plan and bedrooms \ bathrooms are perfect. The backyard is perfect for playing yard games and the pool area has some amazing rocker lounge chairs ! Also has a nice outdoor area with a table and chairs .. everything was so comfortable;) It was our first visit to Wichita Falls, everything is close and easy to get to . Rocco was very attentive and I know if we would have needed anything- he would have taken care of it immediately. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Perfect house for spending time with family

We came to Wichita Falls to visit our son at Sheppard. The house was the perfect spot for all 6 of us to stay! The game room was a big hit and much of our time was spent playing pool and table tennis. The house was just as described and very clean. We were close to many restaurants and activities. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Wichita Falls Get Away

Had a military softball tournament in Wichita Falls and was able to secure this house for the Labor Day weekend and it was a nice cozy stay. Rocco, property owner was AWESOME and checked in to ensure we were taken care of which is rare. A great weekend!

Overall good

Overall, the house and location were good. The kitchen could use additional cooking items. There weren’t any mixing bowls or a spaghetti lifter. Also, the house rules instructed us to only use pool towels at the pool, however, there were only 2 towels for a 6 person house.

Christmas in the Falls

We had an amazing stay at Christmas! Property has a great location close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood and house is on a corner lot with lots of room for parking for our visitors. Rocco was amazing to answer all our questions and requests. Will absolutely stay again when visiting Wichita Falls!

Wonderful stay

Clean, great location and entertainment amenities

This is a great place for families who want to hang out, play games and enjoy the outdoor pool. It's not heated, though, so is really only swimmable in the summer. The house was clean and had the very basic supplies but nothing more. Needs more bath and kitchen towels, hairdryer, bathroom supplies, a good fry pan, etc. to make the stay up-to-par with dozens of other VRBOs we've stayed in. Owner was also not quick to respond to questions and never followed through in getting us a small fridge when the kitchen fridge went out. Thankfully it kicked back in after unplugging it so we didn't have to hound him.

Newly remodeled!

The game room was a huge plus because it gave us something to do on our downtime. The tvs were also easy to use. Food and grocery stores were close by so that was convenient! If it wasn’t 30 degrees, we definitely would have jumped in the pool. It was clean and nice! Overall it was a good experience!
