Positive : Newly furnished
Negative : There is a big mismatch between presented pictures of bright appartments with balconies and scenic mountain views and the dark appartment which was offered to us. We directly contacted the owner and claimed that this is definitely what we were expecting. He apolgized that no pictures of the newly furnished appartments are presented(and still not presented three months later). Neither any alternative was offered nor any financial compensation.
It's a kind of frustrating that the "scenic view" ends up at a huge tree on either entraces and the lights have to remain throuout the day.
The second bed room shall officially host two guests. That's more than challenging.....
To summarize : We definitely did not get what we paid for
