Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. First of all we do not advertise servicing rooms on Expedia and these are not included in the cost of your room. However whilst we do not initiate services unless they are requested we also do not want to sacrifice good service and so we provide them for free at request. We have found more and more customers are becoming increasingly uncomfortable with staff coming in their rooms daily. Some of this is due to covid, mental health and anxiety, privacy, a wish not to be disturbed and also concern for their personal belongings. However an hour after you booked you were sent a welcome email telling you that if you required a service we were perfectly happy to do this and please just book it with us at the desk and also that you can exchange your towels for clean towels over the desk. This was said to you again at check in, in our welcome speech and it was also in the welcome information you were offered to take away with you at check in. I am sorry you were upset no one serviced your room but at no point did you request a service dispute being told 3 times we would happily provide one at request. When returning in the future please book your services in with us on arrival and I promise you we will clean your room daily. Regards Charlotte
