This spacious cabin is only 30 minutes to Asheville! It is also very convenient to Elk watching, skiing, hiking and the Cherokee casino. A breathtaking view can be captured from the front covered deck primary suite, hot tub and firepit. The view is 180 degrees plus of the Plot Balsam Range this view is layered and long range with a pasture foreground. Also winter views of Cataloochee Ski slope. This home has over 2.5 acres with a nice fenced in dog park.

Step outside and breathe in the fresh air in our private backyard retreat. Lounge on the covered porch, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, have a cup of coffee enjoying the hot tub or simply soak up the sunshine.

The subdivision has mostly paved roads, but you may want to consider a 4WD vehicle if the roads are slick. You are less than 20 mins from Americas favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Or, take a day-trip to downtown Asheville to enjoy the first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment. Our goal is for the hot tub to be available for all our guest, but there is no refund for mechanical issues that prevent hot tub usage.
