This elegant 5-Bedroom / 4-Bathroom home can sleep as many as 20 people for the ultimate southern Utah getaway! The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the next bedroom hosts a queen bed. Next, there is a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom! The kids will love sleeping in the bunk room with 6 full beds and can sleep as many as 12 people. Lastly, there is a king bedroom that shares a bathroom with the hallway. We had a great time. Loved the house and pool. Neighborhood is a little busy due to so many rentals, which made walks/strolls not super safe. Other than that, we had a wonderful easter weekend.

Nice town home but lacks amenities
The home was beautiful if you just needed a place to lay your head. The ad says sleeps 20 but the home is not meant for 20 people at all. It’s very cramped. If you have small children the up stairs couch is a major hazard as they can flip right over the pony wall. That’s a long fall for a small child. The pots and pans, baking sheets and utensils were gross. We had to do dishes before even using them. We pulled the couch from the wall so the kids couldn’t fall over it and there was so much garbage under it I began to wonder if the place had been cleaned. My white socks were black on the bottom after walking on the floor without shoes. From the pictures it looked like a fun place however the basketball hoop was broken upon arrival and the only on site amenity was a ping pong table. Parking is a major chore if you don’t have small vehicles. You can’t park in the garage due to the ping pong table and basketball hoop. Our son was hospitalized during our stay and we were scrambling to extend our stay or get a late check out. We got no response back despite the fact that we messaged multiple times. For the amount of money we paid to stay at this location, we will take our money elsewhere next time.

Great place for a family gathering!
We used this place for a family gatherings between our two families (one side at a time) with 15-21 people, ranging in ages from infant, toddler, kid, teenager, to grandparent age. It was perfect! We loved the location and local amenities. The Washington rec center was fun for swimming, rock climbing, and exercising for the whole group. The garage was also so fun for playing games that helped people be a little more active than board games. The home was beautifully furnished and included everything we needed--a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans (+ lots more), lots of bedding, blankets, and towels, and space for everyone to sit for meals or games. It was a great space and was exactly what we needed for creating the family memories we were hoping for! Thank you!

Enjoyed the spacious condo.
Manager allowed us to check in early which was very helpful since we traveled from IL. It was great seven of the eight cousins were able to share the three full bunk beds w/trundles. They loved it! We loved the ping pong table in the garage and played in the evenings. Condo was well supplied although a few boxes of kleenex would have been nice. Some of the games need to be replaced as pieces are missing and couldn't be enjoyed. Plenty of things to do in the area. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the condo.

Great Family Gathering
Red Sands was excellent in their communication with us regarding our stay. They called us the day before to ask if we had any questions and even gave us backup info for our check-in in case we had after hours issues. The house was clean, well stocked, and the beds were so comfortable! We had 11 people stay with room to spare. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!
