The house itself was gut renovated in the summer of 2020, and then professionally furnished, decorated & landscaped soup to nuts. 2 bedrooms w/ two queen beds, comfortably sleeps two couples.

Although the house isn't directly on the water, it's only one block away from the Vineyard Haven harbor & local beaches, so the house has been decorated and furnished w/ a beach house feel. The house was renovated to accommodate either short term or long terms stays year-round, so there is a full kitchen, central heat & air conditioning, laundry machine, and everything else you would expect in a "home." There is also a large private stone patio in the back of the house with seating, ambiance and an outdoor shower with a rain head fixture.
