The apartment is very well situated and has all the comfort and advantages for a family holiday at the sea. Its private garage is precious while public parkings in the center are all paying and very difficult to find , especially during the summer. Viareggio is a little sea resort who, thanks to its huge beaches and its “Promenade “ in Liberty Style, the shops and numerous excellent restaurants, attracts a cosmopolite or just Tuscan public all year long. This center is the perfect starting point for cultural or touristic day trips. In less than one hour you can easily reach the cities of Firenze, Lucca or Pisa, the marble quarries of Carrara, or the “ Cinque Terre”. For the young (and less young) people there are a lot of pubs, discotheques, live-concerts etc..where they can go also walking or by bicycle. The other attractive of Viareggio are the Carnival ( also summer shows) and the Puccini Festival.

Great stay in Viarregio!
My friends and I (group of 5 persons) stayed for 10 days at Annes place. We arrived in a VW bus and the parking lot was big enough. Anne was super supportive in helping us check if our VW Bus could fit in the parking lot and many other questions. Communication with Anne was always fast and friendly. The apartment was very tidy and spacious. There was enough room for everybody. The 2 bathrooms, 3 balconys and air condition in every bed and living room were great. The appartment looks better in real life as in the photos. Supermarket, bakery, beach, restaurants.. everything was right around the corner or max. 10 min walk away. Highly recommend this appartment and would rent it again, if we are back in Viareggio. Thanks a lot Anne!

Great venue
Nice appartment with perfect location in the middle of Viareggio. Close to the beach and train station. Parking space in underground garage really a huge benefit. Bakery in the same building. Supermarket around the corner. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very nice and friendly host.

Sehr guter Standort für Nord-Toskana
Die Wohnung ist besser als die Fotos es zeigen. Gute Ausstattung und beste Lage für Ausflüge durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Noch näher ist es zum Strand. Parkplatz in der Parkgarage ist Gold wert.

Toll!
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! In einer Wohnung, wo alles stimmt. Bäcker unten im Haus, zu Fuß in 5 min am Strand, alles fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Natürlich bei dieser zentralen Lage ist die Straße bis in die späten Nachstunden gut belebt, aber das ist auch ein Stück Italien. Man geht nach einem Tag am Strand bis spät noch auf die Promenade, ob zum shoppen oder lecker essen oder einfach Spazieren. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

We, as a family of 5, stayed in this nice place end of June for a beach holiday with the kids. The apartment was very nice and well equipped with a very friendly and helpful host. The Apartment was well located directly next to a bakery, supermarket, etc. and within a couple of minutes from the beach, pedestrian street and all other things you want to reach in Viareggio. sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie benötigt, ist sauber, gepflegt und wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal - ein paar Schritte zum Strand und in die Stadt, Supermarkt um die Ecke und ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Es gibt nichts, was wir kritisieren könnten.

Exactly as described!
The location is perfect. The bakery downstairs is excellent. The Conad Grocery around the corner is very convenient! Anne is a great host. The flat is clean and has everything you need. Beds usually comfortable! Wi-Fi is relatively slow DSL, but you can stream Netflix on an iPad just fine. We enjoyed or stay in Cinque Terra/Tuscany using this apartment has a home base.

Beautiful accommodation in Viareggio
This apartment is absolutely perfect! The location is wonderful and the apartment is very spacious and well appointed. The check in and check out were seamless, the owner was wonderful to work with. The a/c works great, the patios are lovely to enjoy some people watching in the morning or evening, and the beds are comfortable. You do not need a car in this location. You can walk to absolutely everything- grocery, restaurants, beaches, etc. Do yourself a favor and visit the bakery down below the apartment. Her focaccia will be something I dream about for weeks to come!

Amazing location in Viareggio!!
Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for us! We could walk to anywhere we wanted to in Viareggio as it was just steps from the waterfront. It also has a garage as we had a car for taking day trips to around the area and did not have to worry at all about parking. Working with the manager could not have been better also!

Family Stay in Viareggio
Our original apartment fell through so we booked this apartment instead. It was a bit over my budget but SO worth it. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt right at home. It is clean and stocked with everything one would need. There is air conditioning in the main living room and each of the three bedrooms. We found we didn't need it in the living room because there are big doors opening to a balcony that allows fresh air. We loved sitting on the balcony off the living room and the main bedroom. There is another balcony off the kitchen that we used to dry our clothes on the drying rack. There is so much space for a family of 5. We stay mostly in rentals when traveling and this apartment is one of my favorites, you can tell that Anne takes pride in the apartment. Don't hesitate to book!

Situation idéale plein centre, a quelques minutes à pied de la plage, à deux pas de la boulangerie, de la supérette et de la pharmacie. Propreté irréprochable. La climatisation dans chaque chambre et dans le salon, bienvenue vu le temps . Anne est très agréable, accueil chaleureux. Juste faire attention au bouton dans la cuisine, il ne remonte pas le store mais éteint le gaz😂. Anne disponible très vite pour rectifier notre erreur. Le parking est un gros plus car toutes les places sont payantes à Viareggio. En résumé : parfait.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa era pulita, spaziosa e provvista di tutto. La proprietaria è stata disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La casa è a 500 metri dal mare e ha intorno bar, ristoranti e supermercato, insomma tutto ciò che serve.
