Beautiful location!
This was a beautiful location, we spent much of our visit sipping coffee on the back porch, looking out at the pond, watching the birds. Such a relaxing trip! The house was spotless, and everything we needed was provided. The host was helpful and communication was fast and easy. I definitely added this location to my “return to” list!

Great R&R
We wanted to bring in the New Year & celebrate our 15 year anniversary with some much needed R&R and we most definitely found both at this cabin and on this property! It was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The jacuzzi was inviting in the cold weather and the many firepits provided a perfect entry into 2025!! The owners were amazing and helpful in an emergency situation for us upon checkout. We will definitely be returning again!

Fantastic family getaway!
It was everything we were looking for plus more. The cabin is beautiful, very nice finishes, stocked with everything you need and the location was perfect! My boys love to fish and this place did not disappoint! The pond is stocked and the catfish are huge!

Great House and Property!
My friends and I loved having our annual retreat at this house. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, it had everything we needed. There is a jacuzzi on the back porch overlooking a private lake and wooded area. There are paddle boats to enjoy and the lake is stocked with catfish. The owner is available and gracious. Highly recommend!!

Girls weekend
We loved the house and the property; everything was perfect for a fun, relaxing girls weekend. The house was fully stocked and we loved the fall decorations. It was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed all the hammocks and sitting areas outside. Having the kayaks and fishing gear were a nice bonus we didn’t expect.

First of many
We did not know what to expect since this was to be our first VRBO experience, and Babes Bayou cabin #3 did not disappoint. Anything and everything was provided: oil, laundry soap, razors, shampoo, cards, board games, and on and on and on. As other have said hot tub, paddle boats, etc. were perfect and fun to use. Our host Roda communicated quickly and had all the answers that we required. Will be back for sure.

Weekend get away.
The cabin was just as it was listed. It was well stocked with anything you could need. The outdoor area was great with a hot tub and fire pit. Towels were provided for the hot tub. There was plenty of wood. We did not do the paddle boat or kayaks, but they were available and life jackets were provided. We really used the Blackstone for our cooking. Definitely a place we would go back.

The cabin and property were wonderful. Very clean and well stocked. If all you wanted to do was get away and not sight see, this would be the place. They also have kayaks and paddle boats for the pond behind the property. I will say the listing shows two showers but there is a bath tub. I almost did not rent this bc of it saying there were only showers. (You might want to updated that.) Also, with Oklahoma’s unpredictable weather, adding a shelter for guests at all the cabins might not be a bad idea. Our visit was cut short 2 nights because of bad weather and we just didn’t want to chance it with no shelter close and 2 kids so we left early. All in all it is an excellent choice.

Greatest VRBO out there
I am typically tempered in my reviews, trying to make sure I provide honest feedback including negatives. But I can’t say a negative thing about this place. The setting was serene, the VRBO much bigger and luxurious than expected, and the amenities - WOW. We stayed with a group of 7 friends and our absolute favorite was the 7-swing circle around the fire pit. Used it both nights. Everyone got their own swing. A box of fire starter was even provided! The hot tub was wonderful and clean. So relaxing looking out at nature and the pond. I could have stayed in it much longer! The beds were comfortable, the pillows seemed new, and there was plenty of bedding for all of us. There were extra blankets and lap blankets too - which are often missing from other VRBOS - that made this one extra comfy. An ample amount of games were supplied for inside downtime which we enjoyed. The furniture was comfortable too. No wonky pull-out couch that’s 5-years past its good-by date. And the kitchen was fully stocked with NICE cookware. I was able to make scrambled eggs on a pan that didn’t stick (rare in a VRBO!). We did also briefly enjoy the paddle boats and a walk around the property. Overall, my favorite VRBO stay I have been in (I travel frequently and have stayed in MANY VRBOs throughout the years), and I plan on putting together a family trip to come back. I don’t frequent Oklahoma and have no reason to revisit, but this VRBO has me wanting to bring the whole family!
