Picturesque Downtown Vermilion offers many dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The home has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with plenty of room to spread out and relax! Over 4400+ sq ft complete with private 30x16 heated indoor pool. Two-story foyer welcomes you into the formal living room with decorative fireplace. Dining room with bay window showcases the park-like setting of the back yard. First floor bedroom with queen sized bed, attached private wheelchair-accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, raised sink, and grab-bars. Open kitchen with Jenn Aire cooktop, double wall oven, wine/beverage fridge, Keurig Duo (assortment of coffee/tea provided). Large family room with custom decorative spiral staircase, 2 story brick fireplace, skylight, 75 inch smart tv, and unique nautical oak overlook from second floor. Game room with standup/sit down arcade games, and card/dining table. Game room is connected to the indoor pool room. The pool room is stocked with games, goggles, and towels. PLEASE NOTE—we do not provide floats/life jackets. Ample lighting (disco lights!) for night swimming, and attached Jack and Jill half bath. Second floor offers 5 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Master bedroom with king canopy bed, decorative fireplace, and en suite. 3 additional upstairs bedrooms ALL with king beds and Keurig coffee makers. Upstairs kids’-themed bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and reading/lounging alcove with lots of pillows! Pets are welcome (must be leashed at all times when outside). Large driveway with plenty of room for cars, boat trailers, and pull-behinds.

-Absolutely NO PARTIES or “gatherings” are permitted! The home is in a QUIET neighborhood, and excessive noise will not be tolerated whatsoever.
-Video cameras (with audio) are recording the entire exterior perimeter of the property at all times. Cameras are located on the attached garage, rear pool room doors, and front/rear entrance doors. ***Interior video cameras (no audio) are recording at all times in the following locked areas: master bedroom closet, basement, interior/exterior garages, and upstairs bathroom closet-south end of home. Any attempts at disabling or covering cameras will result in your reservation being cancelled immediately. Please do not attempt to enter any locked areas.***
-Third party bookings are not permitted.
-Please read the house rules prior to booking this property. Any violation of house rules (both in this listing, as well as in the House Rules/Guest Info binder) will be reported, and the reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund given. A copy of the binder can be sent to you via email prior to booking. Once your reservation is approved, it is understood that you and your entire party agree with all house rules.

-Any attempts at credit card charge-backs/obtaining a refund during/after your stay will be disputed and handled by our attorney, so please reach out immediately with any questions or issues during your stay.
-Repairs and maintenance might affect availability of listed amenities, and are not grounds for a refund.
