Enjoy ocean views from both the master bedroom balcony and the covered front balcony with a bar top railing. Unwind in a private backyard with barbeque grill, gas fire pit and relaxed seating. Take a short drive to watch surfers at the famous Rincon point. Explore charming downtown Ventura or historic Stearns wharf in Santa Barbara, both a short drive.

Highlights of your newly remodeled home include two living areas, high ceilings, Cali bamboo flooring, and an ocean-view master suite. Enjoy alfresco meals on the veranda or host an afternoon barbeque outside.

LIVING AREAS

Two living areas offer plenty of room to relax, both furnished with a sleeper sofa and armchairs. One living area has a 70in flat-screen smart TV, while the other has a gas fireplace and 55in smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of high-end appliances including a gas range. Stylish concrete counters provide ample preparation space. Thoughtful extras include a blender, Keurig, and a microwave.

Gather for meals at the dining table with seating for up to 10.

BED & BATH

The welcoming master suite is appointed with a Cal-king bed and a private balcony with ocean views. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The bedroom boasts a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest room features a queen bed. An adjacent guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Step out to your covered veranda for alfresco meals at the table for four and enjoy the coastal breeze.

A sunny garden patio has seating for four. Fire up the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout.

Roast marshmallows around the outdoor firepit.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Portable fans are available for guest use.

Parking is available for three cars (two in the driveway and one in the garage).

Passing trains may be heard, approximately 300' away.

Tucked in the snug La Conchita community, your hideaway offers unbeatable beach access via the pedestrian underpass located 1 minute from your door!

Skilled surfers and spectators will find thrilling waves at the renowned Rincon, just over a mile away.

Drive 12 miles south to Ventura for an array of shops and restaurants in the downtown area. Or head 21 miles north to Santa Barbara, where art galleries and renowned dining await.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
