**LOCATION:**
Ideally situated directly across from Vail Mountain, this home offers seamless access to two Free Town of Vail Shuttle Bus routes, which run frequently to whisk you to the Village and the slopes in no time. Just a quick 5-minute ride takes you right to the heart of Vail Village.

**WALK TO TOWN:** Enjoy a leisurely stroll to the Vail Mountain base area via the pedestrian bridge. Nestled on a tranquil, private street, this home offers both convenience and peace.

**LUXURY:**
Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation is at your fingertips. This three-level home features high-end finishes throughout and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Each mattress is a premium quality pillow top, dressed in luxurious linens. The floor plan is designed to offer both privacy and opportunities for quality time together, depending on your preference.

**WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL** – Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted by your own private property manager (if you want) who will assist you with the setup and be available to address any concerns or questions throughout your stay. Additionally, we take care of all snow removal, so you can simply relax and enjoy your vacation!

ON THE MAIN LEVEL:
Dining Room flows into a LARGE Family Room which has a gas fireplace, 55' Smart TV, ample comfortable furniture, and panoramic views of Vail Mountain from 2 story windows. There is a half bathroom on this level. On the large deck you will find your own PRIVATE HOT TUB, with HEATED PATIO AND WALKWAYS, and a Weber gas barbecue grill.


~~Master Suite~Top Floor~ This spacious and luxurious en suite features a comfortable king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a pull-out couch for additional sleeping space if needed, direct access to the outdoor patio for enjoying the fresh mountain air, a large private office for any work or personal tasks that require attention during your vacation, and even a washer/dryer conveniently located in the spacious master closet. ~~Guest Bedroom 2 downstairs~~ Another charming bedroom with a queen-size bed provides a peaceful retreat for relaxation. It also has convenient access to the shared full bathroom. See Floor plans in Photo section.


~~Bunk Room~~ Perfect for families or groups traveling together, this room features one sturdy bunk bed (top twin bed, bottom full bed) and shares the same full bathroom as Guest Bedroom 2 with bathtub and STEAM SHOWER!!. See Floor plans in Photo section.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals while the game room offers entertainment options for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts will love gathering around the private fire pit or indulging in relaxation in our private, inviting hot tub.


Convenience is at your doorstep with easy access to public transportation just steps away from the chalet. Additionally, Lionshead Village is only an 8-minute walk away offering an array of shops, restaurants,and entertainment options.

We understand that work or personal tasks may require attention even during your vacation. That's why we've provided an exclusive private office within our Master Suite - offering dedicated workspace tailored to your needs. Reliable Wi-Fi throughout ensures seamless connectivity throughout the entire property.

Laundry won't be an issue during your stay as we've equipped Wapo Chalet Vail with not one but two laundry rooms! You'll find full-size washers and dryers conveniently located on both levels of the chalet for added convenience.

Parking is hassle-free with our spacious heated driveway accommodating up to four standard-sized vehicles comfortably. Please note that there is no garage parking available for rental guests; however, all patios and walkways are heated for year-round accessibility. This home is a Duplex, Unit B is the rental. There is NO shared spaces in this home, completely private from Unit A.


We also welcome dogs at Wapo Chalet Vail because we understand that they are part of the family too. Please ensure that your dogs are under 50 lbs in weight each, and you're welcome to bring up to two dogs along. A $500 deposit is required as part of our pet policy, which will be reimbursed if no damages occur during your stay.

Cameras: We have three cameras on Unit A (not WAPO CHAELT) One on the garage, second one by the front door.

To keep the living areas clutter-free, we kindly request that equipment and gear be stored outside of the main living area. Our exterior closet is equipped with ski racks and carefully organized to accommodate your winter sports equipment. Feel free to indulge in some outdoor fun using the sleds and snowshoes provided for your enjoyment.

**BOOKING:**
To secure your stay, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days before your arrival.

Extended stays are welcome, and we offer discounted monthly rates!
