No one has access to the home except for myself, cleaners and the owners Steve and Becky. I will be available if needed.

The cabin is set in a secluded wooded area. There are a few other homes located nearby. We are an 8 minute drive from the Athens/Sayre and Towanda areas convenient for shopping or dining out. A few of my favorite restaurants include: Yanuzzis, The Angry Burrito and 1883.

Nearby attractions include: Antler Ridge Winery, Round Top Park, Marie Antoinette Scenic Overlook and the Bradford County State Gamelands #12 for hiking and site seeing. Within the Bradford Falls trail you may find hidden gems like the 3 waterfalls and a bat cave. For more information look at the pabucketlist dot com. There is parking on site. A vehicle is needed to access the cabin and get around the area.

As you embrace the serenity of this secluded haven, it’s essential to note that the cabin is nestled amidst wildlife-rich surroundings. For safety reasons, please refrain from leaving any garbage or food items outside at night. If you have little ones in tow, exercise extra vigilance near the ponds.
Please keep the place tidy. Clean up after yourself.
No smoking inside the unit but there is a porch outside if needed.
No overnight guests without my approval.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7am. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
Drink responsibly and keep a close eye on any of the little members of your group around the lake.
Check-out is at 10 am. Upon leaving, please be sure the unit is tidy, all dishes are washed and back into the cupboards and all food has been put in the garbage. The garbage has been taken out to the outside trash bins. Have fun and Enjoy your stay!
