Unwind and relax in our spacious Southwest-styled getaway that comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Our home features 2 cozy and inviting rooms, as well as 2 pullout sofas in the living rooms for extra sleeping space. You'll find everything you need in our fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking delicious meals. Enjoy the desert landscape and sunshine in our ample outdoor space, with outside seating to soak up the views. For those seeking shade, our screened-in patio is the perfect!

Lockbox is accessible on the front door. You can keep key with you during your stay. Please do not remove an interior keys from doors. Place key back in lockbox at final departure.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

A locked security door will incur an emergency visit from a door locksmith and will be fined the amount.

There is a small fee depending on length for GVR Access

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will held beginning 2 days prior to checkout and automatically release within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.

Most stores are not in walking distance. You are within 5 miles from Walmart, walking distance from the local walgreens and a few small boutique shops and restaurants. A car or ride service is recommended.
Leave beds un-made and place all towels in the laundry room.

House must be broom swept/vacuumed at checkout, dishes placed in sink.

Empty all food and drink's even un-opened items along with all trash.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

DO NOT discuss any of your rental details with neighbors. You are just visiting.

Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings).

Heat to be set to 55 at checkout (winter bookings).

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout and all television and fan remotes are placed back in each room. Log out of your streaming services.

Do not move furniture.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.

Sometimes accidents happen if something does break or needs replacing please reach out immediately.

If you have rented the vehicle onsite. Place keys back on the kitchen counter, refuel to level given and send photos of the vehicle parked at checkout to the messaging. Any scratches or incidents must be reported immediately.
