First, you should know this hotel is 8km OUTSIDE the city limits, close to absolutely nothing, & IS NOT where Hotels.com places it on the map. Second, the hotel is beautiful, clean, has AC, the rooms are large & comfortable, etc, so, technically, it WOULD be a good place to stay if it weren't for the many other negatives, such as location and service. Service wise, I spent TWO HOURS trying to pay with FOUR different VALID credit/debit cards: I was on the phone with my bank/cc companies, with hotels.com, etc, because their card reader simply did not work with US based cards and no one at the desk knew how to help me (including charging me through Hotels.com, which UNDOUBTEDLY they would have done to penalize me if I hadn't shown up. However, they didn't even lift a finger to try to help, ie, by calling Hotels.com themselves and trying to resolve the situation). Also there is no ATM anywhere close b/c the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. So, I spent from 10pm to 12am trying to pay, when finally the lady at the desk told me to go on their direct website and pay through that (something she could have told me 2 hours previously). The last straw came the next morning, when I was rudely awakened by a cleaning person who barged into my room at 7am, without knocking, & was surprised to find me still sleeping. She actually said, "I'm sorry, I thought you were planning to leave today" (checkout was not until 12pm). Ridiculously bad service, false location, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
