You are going to LOVE this over 3000 sq ft. home with plenty of space to relax and entertain a large group! Located in downtown Historic Templeton.

The home has a large kitchen, dining and living area. The home provides adequate space in all rooms and also has a game room with a pool table. This house has a full kitchen that is spacious with granite counters. All cookware and dining necessities provided. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, crockpot, waffle maker & hand mixer.
The dining rooms has a large farmhouse like table (dining table seats 10),
4 large bedrooms with 2 king size beds, 3 queen size bed and a twin day bed.
The master suite has two rooms + bathroom and walk-in closet. The master room has a king-size bed and additional space has a twin daybed and seating area (it's a house in itself).
There's also a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for our guest..

The backyard provides a private and enclosed backyard with Gas BBQ, deck, and covered gazebo. The front yard has a huge beautiful oak tree and large plush green lawn to relax on!

Pet Policy:
We are DOG-friendly with a $50.00 per pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2. Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a Five Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets. Pets are not to be left unattended in properties.

Outdoor Areas:
The outdoor space features a deck with a gas grill and dining table plus an additional covered lounge area for guests to gather.

Templeton vacation home
Our family stayed for six nights in this comfortably furnished home. Our family includes my husband and myself( however my husband did not join us because of a back injury), three adult children and two spouses and four children aged 3, 2 and two 1 year olds. Our two family dogs also joined us. The house is spacious, nicely furnished with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen had everything that we needed for the meals we prepared. There was a washer and dryer which we used frequently because of our water and beach activities. The location was easy to find. There was plenty of parking. We had a BBQ with friends one day and it was relaxing to sit out on the deck. We also had a competitive cot hole game!! This place was perfect for us. One thing that would have been great was dinnerware for our littles, but not a big deal. We used disposables. We already are planning a return visit next year. Thanks Craig and Lisa!

Best Hosts Ever
The big green house in Templeton is exactly that and in a great location to boot. The house is situated right on Main St. just blocks from the center of town and all the cute stores along Main St. We happened to be in town for the 4th of July and Templeton has their own parade. We were able to walk up just a few blocks and see the parade. The house itself was perfect for our large family to be able to hang out all together whether it was in the large family room with a pool table or at the dining room table, or even on the deck outside in the evenings. The house has been tastefully updated and had all the essentials. They literally thought of everything you might forget when traveling and made sure they had it in the house. Craig communicated well before we arrived so we knew exactly how to get in. When we arrived, the air was having trouble keeping up (it was over 100!) and they did everything possible to remedy the situation. Craig and his wife truly went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible and to help out in any extra way they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Without a doubt, if we are back in Templeton, I will call them again and stay in their house.

A great place for a large group
This house is large, very nicely furnished, and well equipped to handle a big group. The location -- right on a fairly busy road and in the middle of a business area -- is nothing to write home about, but it's conveniently located for wine country excursions and other outings. Craig was very responsive immediately before and during our stay; somewhat less so when we tried to contact him a few weeks beforehand. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we needed to house a large group.

Perfect Place for a Paso Getaway
My family and I had a wonderful time at the Big Green House located just outside of Paso in Templeton. The location of the house was a few minutes from the highway which brings you to downtown Paso approximately 10 mins away. We were also in walking distance of many great food options in Downtown Templeton. We enjoyed dinner at McPhee's Grille (highly recommend), a Farmer's Market Saturday morning and Deno's Tasting Room. We did grab some drinks and a bite to eat at Jack's upon our arrival. The house itself was roomy and offered many gathering places for our party of 13 which included; 10 adults, 2 teens, and a pup. The Kitchen was completely stocked and offered tons of plates, coffee cups, wine glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies. We prepared breakfast and a bbq dinner with ease. They really kept the kitchen fully stocked with all types of items that make a difference in your stay such as; dishwasher tablets, dish towels, hand soap, coffee pods, sugars, and spices too. We were all impressed. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, clean and spacious. Stocked with plenty of extra blankets. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked as well with plenty of towels, bath supplies, tissues and toilet paper. The little touches throughout the house made the stay very pleasant, they thought of everything. Craig, was our host, he was very responsive and helpful with recommendations.

Great Stay!
My family came here and had a great stay! We enjoyed using the outside grill, and the kitchen had all that we needed. We also enjoyed the pool table in the evenings! It’s a short walk to other places in town, including a bakery that we enjoyed! Close driving distance to everything in Paso as well!

Had a Wonderful Stay
We had 7 people staying for a week. The roomy bedrooms were as advertised. Lots of space in the common areas. Great pool table. Large table on the deck. It is next to an RV Sales lot, which is fine, just don't expect a sleepy neighborhood feel. You don't notice it when you're in the house or on the deck. There is a wonderful bakery a block away (get the quiche!). Short drive to Paso Robles wine area and SLO. We also did day trips to the coast and Santa Maria area. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, with all needed utensils, even sharp knives.

Extremely enjoyable stay!
First of all, the owner is very responsive to calls and texts. I love when there is good communication The house is situated in a very small, quiet town. The place is well maintained with a lot of things to do. There is a pool table, streaming service, board games, and DVDs. The place is well stocked with supplies (trash bags, brooms, cooking ware, utensils, bowls, towels, sheets, etc.) It really felt as a home. There was plenty of room for all of us (12 teens to adults) and our dog. The backyard has seating and a grill and the front yard had a picnic table shaded by a tree. It is within walking distance of the main area of town where the shops and restaurants are. We stayed here and drove to Paso Robles, SLO, Morro Bay, and San Simeon.

Family time in Paso
The house was great. Really nice family room and kitchen/dining spaces. The beds were comfortable. We grilled out one night and truly enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. The backyard area is really well set up for a group. There were 6 of us and everyone enjoyed the house and were very comfortable. We would definitely come back again. Big House - lots of space, able to accommodate our large family for beds, for table space, great kitchen, everything. Templeton is small but nice, and you are really close to Paso, Atascadero and SLO. The host was great, checked in frequently. Have a big group - would totally recommend!
