Tambo was gazetted in 1863, making Tambo 160 years old, and Oakwood House stands proud with unique significance to Tambo's vibrant history.

With modern additions and renovated with modern conveniences, Oakwood house is set up for guests to appreciate original historical features of a century old home, while enjoying modern comforts.

We have truly put our whole hearts into transforming this charming old home into a short term accommodation destination for the benefit of those seeking not just a room, but a home away from home when visiting Tambo.

There is a total of 8 beds, a fold down futon, a spare king single mattress, "Oakwood House" is able to sleep up to 13 people comfortably.

The house is equipped with free WiFi, Foxtel T.V, fully air-conditioned and with all the comforts of home and plenty of space for everyone.

We have styled and decorated the home with a range quirky and eclectic touches. Rooms are air conditioned for all seasons. Free WiFi is available. And enjoy watching Foxtel during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and preparing meals and the dining table seats 8 people.

There are 2 bathrooms, which cater well to larger groups staying at the house.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine. And a large clothes line to hang your washing.

The Yard is fully fenced and an undercover parking space is available.
