Shouted at by the rudest employee, Frankie. He is an absolute emabarrassment to the company. Too lazy to even type a name into the computer. The manager, Rudy was completely worthless at trying to solve the problems that multiple guests were experiencing. Guest #1 got a room, but when she opened the door, other people were already in the room. She was shaking when she came back to return her key. Guest #2's reservation was not honored and his room had been given away. I was guest #3 in line and my reservation was also not honored and my room was given away. Guest #4 in line had a room, but returned a few minutes later and demanded a refund because there were empty doritos bags scattered in the room and neither bed was made. Guest #2 joked that he might be willing to take her dirty room just so he would have a place to sleep. My husband and I left and decided to make the 3-hour drive home. We called Motel 6 Guest Services on the drive home to complain and when they looked up our name, they found our reservation but explained that this particular hotel over-books on purpose, assuming that some folks won’t honor their reservation and that way they don’t loose out on money. A truly shocking way to run a business.
