Cliff View - Upscale waterfront 'cabin' with dock

If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the views, this is it! This 5 bedroom waterfront 'cabin' has it all! This 3,300 square-foot lake home has five spacious bedrooms and three updated bathrooms. This house has been updated but still has some of the unique original shelving and woodwork. On the main level, an open concept living area has lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a dining table to comfortably seat 8 and a large open kitchen, all with an amazing view of the lake.

The deck overlooking the lake spans the back of the house, with half of it being screened in. You can park under the carport and be just steps from the front door and there is also level parking for a couple more cars. The main level hosts four bedrooms, one with a queen, two with king beds, and a bunk room with a set of full bunk beds and a pull out twin. One of the king bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and two vanities. There is also another full bathroom on this level. Downstairs you will find a living area meant for entertaining with a wet bar, pool table, and more great views of the lake. There are two futons in the living area for additional guests and another large bedroom with a king size bed. Again, there is a deck that runs the length of the house so more great space for relaxing and enjoying the views.

You can bring your boat and PWC and use the 2 available slips in the private dock. One slip does not have a lift and the other has a lift for a v-hull boat. There is also a swim platform with ladder for swimming or just lounging.

This house is located at the 29 mile marker of the Osage Arm. There are many area restaurants to enjoy both on and off the water! Bring your friends and family and enjoy lake life! You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Great home, rough waters
The home was absolutely beautiful as well as the views from the deck! We loved the house so much. The only issue was the tripping hazard of the floor vent covers in the kitchen. My 70 y/o mom and a few others got tripped up several times. We loved the privacy and watching the sunrise and sunset from the decks. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of room. This has nothing to do with the home but we were not expecting the lake to be so rough. We swam off the dock a few times but it was not easy or relaxing. We brought our boat and had a hard time with it due to the heavy weekend boat traffic. The boat slip with the lift was an absolute life/boat saver! Thank you for the use of it. We did eventually find a cove to anchor in so we could swim/relax and enjoy the water. We don’t pull a tube, but I bet for those who do, it would be fun.

Great location and private
We really enjoyed our first trip to the LOTO. The house was beautiful and as advertised. Loved the private dock and ability to fish, swim, and boat without anyone close by. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). The pool table kept kids occupied when not swimming. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was not super well stocked. The necessities were there (plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker), but for a large group hoping to cook all their meals, we had to get creative. The largest pot was not very large, but we were able to use the large Ninja InstaPot to cook noodles. There were no measuring spoons (we bought some and left them, so now there are!), or a can opener that we could find. But again, still a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend!

Lake House Review
This place is awesome. Everyone I worked with on scheduling, AC issues and check out, is awesome. Overall our stay there, was awesome. They extended our stay, since the AC was out for a few hours when we first got there. Even the HVAC tech they sent out was awesome. He change the thermostat and we were back up and running within 2 to 3 hours of checking in. I guess if I had to describe our stay in one word, it would be….
