Amazing 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with Private Pool & Dock located in a great cove.

Amazing, five bedroom lakefront home in Sunrise beach at the 34MM in a beautiful protected cove with great views of the main lake! Our house is a 5 minute boat ride to Captain Ron's, a lake favorite and home to Aquapalooza and the Shootout! There are many other restaurants/bars that are a short boat ride away. Nearest grocery store is a quick 10 minute car ride.

This house is the ultimate vacation home for families with a private dock and private pool. Our 2 level home sleeps up to 25 comfortably in beds. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and a huge family room with over 3300 sq ft of living space.

The main level consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops with seating for 5 and a huge dining room table that seats 10. Right off the kitchen you will find a bedroom that includes a queen bed, single daybed with a trundle bed and a 50" Smart TV. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower. The main level also features a large bunk room that opens up with views to the pool and the lake. It features 4 double bunk beds that sleeps 16, a 60" Smart TV and a Jack and Jill bathroom, each with a toilet and vanity that adjoins to a whirlpool tub. The bunk room also shares another full bathroom with a shower that can also be accessed from the outside pool.

The upper level has a large family room with a 75" Smart TV, foosball table, reclining sofa and love seat, plus two recliners to allow for plenty of seating for a large group. It connects to a deck that overlooks the pool with a great view of the lake. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level, each with a king size bed and 50" Smart TVs. A full bathroom with a large onyx shower is also located on the upper level.

The exterior features a 16x32 ft salt water pool that sits right on the waters edge with incredible lake views. The large lakeside patio boasts a fire pit, patio table with an umbrella and pool side lounge chairs. A propane grill is available for guest use.

The 3 well dock has a 24x10 ft slip that is available for use. It currently has a lift that can be lowered in the water to use the slip. The dock also includes a 5ft diving platform and swim steps. A Lily Pad mat, paddle board and kayaks are available for guest use. Amazing fishing right off of the dock.

There is adequate parking for multiple vehicles, however there is no room to turn a boat trailer around at our house.

Washer and Dryer is available for Renter Use.

Our home is ideal for multiple families. Lots of space and a warm comfortable feel. For that reason, we do not allow Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or the like. Our neighborhood is full of other amazing families and we ask that you respect them by shutting down outdoor activities and moving inside by 12am on weekends and 11pm on week nights.

Cameras are in use to monitor the dock and pool areas for security purposes.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
The property was exactly as it was described and pictured. We stated with my entire family aging from 2 to 60+. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and for the small children with plenty of pool inflatables and toys. The quiet cove with the dock and diving platform was great for the older individuals. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. Each morning we could see the fish, turtle and ducks swim right up to the deck/pool area. It was warm so we didn't light the outdoor firepit however it was a really nice sitting area during the day. We did have a few questions during our stay and the host was very responsive. Definitely a place we would stay again!

50th birthday party
This property was everything we hoped for. It made for a great vacation and 50th birthday for our family. Super close to Woods and Frankie and Louie’s allowed us to get last minute needs and a night out. The kitchen is very, very well stocked and we appreciated the multiple TVs to watch the Olympics. There are several bath and beach towels, as well as lots of fun pool/lake toys. We saw fish, turtles, baby ducks, and even a groundhog. We would love to stay here again.

Great view!
This is a nice house for a large group and is very close to a Dollar General and a grocery store. The bathroom that had access from the pool area was really convenient. We were able to catch several fish from the patio and the dock. The driveway was steeper than anticipated, but we didn't have any problems with it.

Awesome Family Getaway in Sunrise Beach!
Our recent stay in Sunrise Beach, Missouri was a blast thanks to this VRBO rental. The owner was super easy to communicate with and always there to help us out. The house was huge and had more than enough room for our group of 6 adults, 4 teens, and 2 kids. The water was so calm and perfect for swimming, especially for our little ones. The house had everything we needed to have a great time - a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and lots of fun stuff to do. We loved grilling out on the deck and hanging by the water. Overall, we had an amazing time at this VRBO rental and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Sunrise Beach.

Awesome Annual family trip to the lake
I think we have found the place that fits our family the best! We take a family trip to Lake Ozark every year. This year there were 13 of us ranging from age 3-88. The kids loved the pool. The quiet cove was awesome. The location for us was great! We brought our boat and we rented a jet sky from near by location for a couple days. We enjoyed being able to hop in the boat for short ride to captain Ron’s where the kids love the sand and the adults love the drinks. Bear bottom is also not far by boat where the kids could spend hours going down the water slides. We had plenty of room in the house. The kids and some adults loved the bunk bed room. Russ got back to me very quickly with any questions. We did have to watch our small children as you can see in the picture there is part of a wall with no railing. We were just safety conscious and kids enjoyed feeding the local turtle and fish below. Kids even found a box turtle in the yard. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back to this home next year.

Fantastic week with extended family
Celebrating our parents' 55th wedding anniversary, we had 10 people ages ranging from 11-79. The house had more than enough space for everyone and the salt water pool is amazing! Plenty of towels, pool toys, outside chairs. Nice grill and indoor appliances, and lots of dishes for cooking and dining. Being right on the lake to see wildlife was an added bonus. We rented a boat from Pirates Point which was convenient and fun. The hosts were super responsive with answers to our questions. Highly recommend this home as a rental!

The property was amazing!!! The communication with the owners was amazing!! Upon walking in you are greeted with an immaculate home that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The home has multiple doors leading out to the pool and lake area. It even has one going straight to the bathroom, which was perfect for the kids! We did have to call the owner for a leak under the sink. They answered immediately and set up someone to fix the leak without any issues. I would stay there again and again! It truly made our family vacation perfect!

Plenty of space for a large family!!
We had an amazing time! We had an extended family vacation of 15 of us total ranging from 2years old to 60years old. The space in the house was more than plenty! No one felt crowded in the least bit. Having the pool and the lake was a perfect combo too! The 2 year old much enjoyed the pool with mom while the older kids were able to enjoy the lake and the pool. Our family loves to fish and there was more than enough space for that as well. The cove was so nice and calm that we floated on the Lilly pad mat and our inter-tubes for hours without being thrown around by waves! We definitely talked about possibly returning in 2 years when we do it again!! Only ran into one hiccup on check out day and the hosts were SUPER responsive! Great hosts and great space!!

Perfect vacation spot!
Beautiful and spacious house on the water with a private pool. Perfect for a family reunion or a group outing. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room, inside and out. We went swimming, fishing and kayaking every day and enjoyed the outside deck, BBQ and fire pit every night. We had a few questions for the owners and they responded immediately. This house has so much to offer, you won’t want to leave! We’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was relaxing , with lot of things to do, our family was either at the pool or at lake kayaking or jumping in the lake. The house was very clean , well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and bathrooms for our large family. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a group of 7 adults and 7 kids from age 4-16. This place was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was really nice! Plenty of room to spread out but also had large spaces for us to all be together. Cove location was ideal. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Family Vacation Home!!
Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our three daughters and their families. (8 adults and 7 grandkids ranging from 4-17 yrs. Old). Our hosts, Russ and Jay were exceptional- answering any questions and promptly providing for any needs. We had plenty of room to spread out, very clean, and very well supplied. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and finishing the evening by the fire pit. The pool was very clean and supplied with lots of toys, tubes, and a basketball hoop. We loved the great location in a cozy, quiet, no wake cove. We brought our own pontoon boat and it was easy to store our trailer locally and park our boat at the dock. Our grandkids all had a great time swimming, kayaking, playing on the lily pad, and jumping off the platform in the clean clear lake. A highlight for all of us was catching hundreds of fish off the deck and the dock!! We plan to return again for another wonderful stay! Water access
We LOVED the water accessibility and dock access. We had 2 boats and a lot of water toys and there was plenty of room for it all. We also loved the back patio bumping right up to the water. Felt like we were on the water all day! Saw a lot of wildlife and the neighbors were so kind. The only negative is thing I could say is the back patio didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. We think we might have been the first renters for the season. The house was very clean though and the bedding and pillows were so comfortable! Great accommodations for our large family gathering.

Great location
The house was perfect for our 2 families, boat and 2 jet-skis,. The boat launch was 5 mins by water and 20 mins by car. The location was great only a 5-10 mins boat ride to a couple of restaurants/bars. Jay was very nice and called the boat launch for us to make sure there were spots open to keep our trailers. Definitely would stay here again.

Fun for ALL ages! Nice quiet cove and great set up for us ALL to be together inside and out!
We loved the overall proximity of the house to pool to dock - everyone could be within sight of each other if they wanted to Swim in the lake, pool or fish off the patio or dock. Will book again!
