Villa Palmera - Modernes 5-Sterne-Tropenparadies

Palmera ist eine neu errichtete (2015) Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern direkt am Meer in einer wunderschönen ruhigen, privaten, von Sicherheitskräften überwachten Wohnanlage in der Nähe des berühmten Devil's Triangle-Golfplatzes der Insel. Es hat auch eine private sanfte Fahrt mit überdachtem Parkplatz und keine Stufen. Das Haus wurde in die Klippe mit Panoramablick auf die Küste und die benachbarten Jungferninseln gemeißelt.

Das Haus wurde mit der unbewohnten Insel Hans Lollik als Mittelpunkt konzipiert. Die 4 Schlafzimmer des Palmera mit eigenem Bad sind nach dem Vorbild eines 5-Sterne-Hotels gestaltet und verfügen über Flachbildfernseher, private Ruhebereiche, hochwertige Bettwäsche und maßgefertigte Schränke. Die Badezimmer verfügen über maßgefertigte Waschtische und Spiegel, hochwertige Handtücher, Designerarmaturen, aufwändige Fliesenarbeiten und Außenduschen. Die Villa verfügt über eine maßgefertigte Kochküche und opulente Wohnbereiche für acht Gäste. Zu den Wohnbereichen im Freien gehören Terrassen zur Meerseite und auf der Rückseite sowie ein großer Infinity-Pool mit einer Sonnenterrasse im Wasser. A view to remember!
To say we enjoyed ourselves and the property is an understatement. Everything was better than expected/advertised and the house was a true vacation in and of itself. Ali and our concierge (Melissa) made sure everything ran smoothly from the checkin process, to stocking the house before our arrival, to booking an in home chef our first night on property, etc. I think it's safe to say any one of us would go back in a heartbeat and look forward to our next visit!

Outstanding Vacation at Villa Palmera
Our family just returned from a week stay at Villa Palmera. I could go on and on about the gorgeous views from this home because even though you see the view in the photos, it still takes your breath away in person. We spent almost all of our time out on the patio by the pool. In fact, we had plans to go to St John and to the beach one day, but we were so relaxed and loved where we were so much that we never managed to get around to going to either. The layout of the home is just perfect as each bedroom has a king sized bed and its own private bathroom. The outdoor showers are fantastic as it keeps the bathroom humidity down. The half bath with access to the back patio is convenient for not having to walk all through the house to use the bathroom. We cooked 90% of our meals at the home and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the use of the grill and did a lot of our cooking out there. I do a lot of research on the places I end up booking for our vacations and Villa Palmera met every single item on my must have list and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Ali is an excellent property manager and is very communicative. Kudos to the cleaning staff as well, as this home is very clean and that's a big thing for me as well. I'm on a kick of going to places I haven't been, but I have a feeling my family will want to return here for another vacation, and we won't stay anywhere on St Thomas but the Villa Palmera.

Absolute Paradise
This property is amazing. The view, the accommodations, the attention to guest details was outstanding! They had coolers, chairs, towels for pool and beach, champagne, etc. ready for us! The kitchen is awesome being a cook! I highly recommend if you have the means, you should stay here! The beaches were beautiful, restaurants awesome, activities amazing. Where else can you see sea life 40 feet above the crystal clear water. It is so close to everything you need and want to see. The property is private and protected. This is the best beach trip and vacation we have ever taken! Thanks Ali, this house is paradise!

Home was exactly as described but pics don't do it justice. Amazing house with amazing views. With many options on the island for vacation rentals I was not disappointed with the selection and felt we absolutely made the right choice. Management was awesome and very accommodating. Our family would stay here again without a doubt. One of my best experiences with a vacation rental through the years and we do this quite often. I highly recommend this property!

We stay at a lot of high-end properties on VRBO with our family (2 adults and 4 teenagers) and this was one of our favorite properties, hands-down. What did we love: - the location, private and SAFE - the views, are just jaw-dropping - the attention to detail. Everything has been thought of, from beach chairs to beach towels, pool towels, and kitchenware (my wife cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner!) - the layout. Three bedrooms on one side and the killer later bedroom on the other. HIGHLY recommend this house, you will not be disappointed.

The perfect house

We absolutely loved this villa! It was beautiful and for a group of friends to all feel like they had a similarly appointed room for our stay was key. The concierge and provisioner were available before and during our stay to assist with planning. Our private driver was excellent and would highly recommend to use a private driver. Also the pool and view could not have been better!!

The pictures just can't do it justice. This house and the views are a sight to behold. The house is perfect and has everything you could want! The outdoor showers were perfection. Amazing Villa
ALL of us remain speechless as there simply aren’t enough words to describe our family vacation at THE PALMERA. We enjoyed spectacularly clear views of the Atlantic ocean, Caribbean Sea and the surrounding islands. The infinity pool was all you could imagine and we all enjoyed it from sunup to sunup. The pics we took are breathtaking. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to our departure. We were provided with a manual that listed so many things that could be done on the island with numbers as well as popular restaurants. The villa has all the things you’ll need. During our 7 day stay, Barbara stopped by mid week as well as the pool maintenance team, and the general handyman and they all were wonderful. We all look forward to returning next year.

Magical Spring Break for our Family
We had the most wonderful time at Villa Palmera. The house was breathtakingly beautiful and had views from every room. The property owners thought of every detail, with instructions clearly labeled, all equipment in top working order, and helpful staff nearby should we need assistance. We have stayed in many homes through VRBO and this was by far our favorite. We cannot recommend highly enough!
