Absolute Paradise!
My husband and I visited for our 15-year anniversary and this home/host did not disappoint. There was such attention to detail that made it truly feel like a home away from home and not just a vacation rental. First off THAT VIEW!!! Just WOW! We had our morning coffee and evening drinks on the veranda every day. The glass slider wall allowed us to enjoy the view with AC and/or to watch the quick storm bursts that rolled through. Bedding/linens were comfortable. And the view from BED! It was nice to have beach towels provided, ice packs and a cooler. The beach chairs are weathered so we didn't use them. But did use the two beach lounge mats with back supports. They were light weight and and perfect for our needs. There was one snorkel/mask set that we used. The host communication went above and beyond. We appreciated the local restaurant, shopping and beach recommendations. A quick stop for essentials on our way from the airport worked out great. When we lost power a few times (common on island) the host kept us informed and shared a resource that posted real-time updates. We enjoyed Sun & Sea Grill (on site) and loved the location, staff and FOOD! Walked to Margaritaville resort to eat and take the SnorkelCat trips twice - it was THAT GOOD! Details like welcome drinks/snacks, coffee, filters, sugar and spices were so appreciated. We HIGHLY recommend this gem and hope to be back to this or another of their properties in the near future. Stunning & Clean with Mountain Top Views of the Bay and beyond!
This property has the most incredible view on the top floor of the building with a vaulted ceiling and wall to wall windows. It was very clean and well stocked for our stay. We used their beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling gear they provided. The owner Xaverie was very kind and informative on places to see which helped us prioritize our excursions. We will book this property again for our next stay in St. Thomas. Thank you for excellent hospitality!

Amazing Stay!
I knew nothing about the USVI and booked spontaneously three days before arriving. I selected this listing based on the reviews and incredible views, and it did not disappoint! I dare say that this was the best vacation rental and/or hotel I have ever experienced. The property manager (?) goes above and beyond for your stay and is extremely responsive. My main concerns were 1) Feeling Safe 2) Wifi (I had to work) 3) Coffee and bed situation, and this place delivered on everything. We really liked the resort as a whole as well. It is slightly tucked back so it feels private, the views cannot be beat, and the staff are positively lovely. We did not find it difficult at all to utilize the campus shuttle up and down the hill, and the front easily got us taxis off campus when needed. Location to Red Hook and beaches was good. The resort does need to do something about the lack of loungers at the pools (about 8 when they should have 20). We really hope that we can come back again!

Island Getaway
Spent a week at this location and it was perfect for two people. The view has to be one of the best on the island, and it is the first thing you see when you wake up. The location provides great access to Red Hook for restaurants and the ferry to St. John, and also to the north for the Magens Bay Beach, without having to travel into Charlotte Amalie. The condo is clean and appointed well. We did notice the winds to be much stronger on top of the hill than at ocean level, as to be expected, but that could be a plus or minus depending on the time of day and outside temperature. The other point I will mention is the parking spaces at the resort are rather small, so a compact vehicle will likely serve you better. Lastly, we did eat at both on-property restaurants (Sun & Sea and Ocean 180) and they were both very good and the staffs were great.

We had an amazing five days the views from the balcony are absolutely extraordinary, the convenience of the location and the property is incredible. walking down the staircases to get to the beach and to get to Coki Beach was very easy and we had a wonderful day coming back is another story altogether, but take your time and get it done.We also visited Meghan‘s Bay, Smith, Bay Beach and Secret Harbor highly recommend them all you will need a car or a taxi to get to them and then come back to this beautiful unit to relax with a drink on the balcony. The unit has everything you could need to cook a small meal all of the beach, amenities, chairs, towels there’s even water booties for you to take. I would highly recommend staying at this place and we would most likely be back.

We've been to St Thomas a few times and this was the first time we rented an apartment - and it was well worth it. We had breakfast every morning before heading out - sightseeing, or to the pool or the beaches....etc. This location is close to Red Hook that boasts a variety of really good restaurants, and this is where the ferry leaves for St John, thus a great location. The hosts were wonderful, the place was clean with lots of amenities, and they were very responsive when we had questions. All in all highly recommend it. Enjoy!

Beautiful condo, fabulous views!!!
I spent a lot of time searching online for the perfect place to stay on St. Thomas and this condo did not disappoint. Great location, close to the east end beaches, Red Hook restaurants and market. It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. The cathedral ceiling gives an open and airy feeling and the down-island views are spectacular! You can even watch the sunrise without getting out of bed! The owners have thought of everything including a lovely welcome beverage/snack package, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Don't hesitate to book this condo!

Great family vacation
We loved our time here. The condo can’t be beat. Just the right amount of space for two adults and a toddler, and the space and views are so lovely. Everything was accurately described and clean and well stocked with basic items. The resort amenities were great, and at the tail end of the off season we typically had the pools to ourselves when we visited. Our 3yr old son is quite active and adventurous, so he didn’t mind the somewhat steep walking paths throughout the property, but some young children might find the terrain challenging. You can always stick to the roads though, so it’s quite easy to get around. The hosts were great, prompt with communication and friendly. One of the best short term rental places we’ve stayed.

This condo and hosts were perfect! The view was amazing of course. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We used the beach towels and beach chairs provided to drive to several st thomas and st john beaches. Our favorites were sapphire, magen's bay, linquist, and cinnamon on st john! Great food and service too, at Ocean180, and Sun&Sea bar and grill at bottom of property. Hook'd in red hook was yummy too! Perfect place to stay!

This listing was absolutely amazing. The photos show exactly what you get. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks. We didn’t have any beach towels and our host got them to us very quick, it was great! Snorkel gear and beach chairs provided. We rented a car which was great to explore the other beaches. There are three pools on site as well as a restaurant. I recommend this place!

Mouth dropping !
This was one for the books ! This property looked exactly like the pictures IF NOT MORE AMAZING ! My partner and I still close our eyes and just imagine we are still there. We will be back ! I already referred two of my friends ! The location is also perfect. It is full of hills however the ppl on the property ride around to give you rides and if not a nice slow pace walk is beautiful.
