****Fall/Winter 2024 UPDATE*******. The Building is undergoing required maintenance from August-December. The work is being done Mon-Fri from 8-4pm. As such, we will only be renting over the weekends, Check-in on Friday, checkout on Monday morning. The pool & hot tub will be closed during this time, but you will have access to the pool and hot tub at Sandcastle 2, adjacent to our pool. We will be offering a discounted rate for the weekend stays. If you are still interested in renting for a longer period, feel free to message us to discuss further*************** Our three bedroom/two bath condominium rental is right on the beach, providing breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets. One of the bathrooms allows for walk or roll-in access. It is easy to get to from area airports and is 30 minutes from Tampa International with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. The condo has 1 reserved, covered parking space. We supply the bath & kitchen towels (up to 8 sets), as well as up to 6 beach towels. We also make available to our guests beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet on the balcony. Kids beach toys are also available in the small balcony storage bin.

The beach is just steps away! Sandcastle 1 has elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool with an adjacent large hot tub, outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach with chair and umbrella service available to you should you desire. When you've worked up an appetite, Salt Rock Grill, Caddy's Indian Shores, Seabreeze Island Grill, Coco Wood, and Wahoo's Waterside Pub and Patio are all within three-and-a-half miles of the condo. Golfers will appreciate being just under four miles from Largo Golf Course. Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf is nearby as well!

The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

Great location
Really awesome location right on the beach. The hosts were really accommodating. The pool was actually the perfect temperature despite the heat and that is almost always an issue at condos. Pleasantly surprised! The condo was a little musty and could use a bit of updating but really a great trip all in all.

Family Beach Vacation
Tim & Pam’s condo was the perfect place for our family! The pictures are exactly what you can expect. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus for us. The view was amazing, the pool and beach both close. We traveled with our 3 kids so for us, the beach closet with chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, etc. was fantastic! Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will be back.

Great place to spread out after being cramped at Disney all week.
Plenty of room for our family of 4 to have some ‘space’ after being confined to small quarters all week at Disney. We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. We were able to make quite an impressive sandcastle. We enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and shopping at Johns Pass too. The beach was amazing and sunsets were gorgeous. Great view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was exhilarating. We had everything we needed to make some meals too in the kitchen. A enjoyable stay. We would come back.

Family Time at the Beach
First time trip to the area but won’t be the last. Condo was well stocked and you could tell it was someone’s home and not just a rental. Perfect getaway and the hosts could not have been more accommodating. My husband and I will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area. The only negative is beyond their control but if you have two cars in your party, parking is a challenge.

Amazing Vacation
We had an amazing time. We stayed in this unit with the previous owner. This owner was very much on top of communication with us. They sent the check-in information early enough to ease my mind. The unit was very clean and easy to get to. There is plenty of towels, beach towels and beach toys/ chairs.

Perfect location.
We enjoyed our vacation at this on the beach first level condo. The reserved parking was right next to the elevator. Condo was situated right across from restaurant/bar, as well as boat rentals. Plenty to do near by and the beach and sunsets were superb.

Incredible views just steps from the ocean!!!
I can’t say enough about the sunsets here. My photos all look like a rainbow skies. The pool and hot tub were very clean and right there, very convenient. The game room was very clean. There is an outdoor shower, which is nice to rinse off with after beach time. The condo came with beach, chairs, boogie boards, board games and more. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals, and there are gas grills out to the left of the building. My husband and I, and our three daughters stayed there, and there was plenty of room. Our family will definitely be coming back again!

The unit itself was very nice. Furniture was nice and until was clean. The building itself is old and could use some work. One of the elevators was always down and staircase dirty. The grounds and pool were very pretty and location is ideal. The owner was very responsive.

Beautiful location on the beach
Beautiful condo, spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would need & more. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the showers great. We could see the sunset from the balcony and the walk to the ocean was very short. We had easy access to a very nice large pool and hot tub. Tim & Pam are great hosts and accessible if needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. It was exactly what we needed for a little R&R after our daughter’s wedding in Tampa. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean and Comfy
We enjoyed our stay and had beautiful sunset views over the ocean and perfect weather. Everything was clean, and the furniture was comfy. My only issue were the limited amount of towels and wash cloths. We ended up buying some wash cloths. There was no dish cloth at all. I recommend a better knife set, as the set in the condo has seen better days. I bought a garlic press and left it. :) We would stay there again.

Great place for a getaway off season. Weather and area was great. Beach was not crowded, nice white sand and only slightly chilly water in November. Very friendly complex and clean condo. Warm pool and hot tub. Owners were very responsive. Great time overall!
