Two queen beds, a couch and a large cot for your family. Centrally heated and with three window AC units it is perfectly located to enjoy the maximum area with the minimum driving.

The space:
Escape to this generous, family-friendly 1000 sq ft apartment, entirely yours to enjoy. With a central furnace and cozy interior, chef kitchen and plenty of seating, you'll find everything you need for a delightful winter or summer stay. We welcome families, road warriors and solo travelers.

Features:
The original red oak flooring has been brought to a gorgeous shine with the original wide baseboard. Other original touches have been left for their beauty. 1900 era hinges on the doors and high ceilings. The unique open floor plan keeps the family together doing puzzles at the dining table, watching TV or just hanging out.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen is a chef's dream with ample counter space, a worktable, Mr. Coffee with filters, microwave, toaster, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Lovely and durable Corelle Dishes, mugs, glasses (wine). Our favorite are bowls for salad and popcorn.

The Bedrooms:
Two queen freshly made beds in private rooms with clean, cotton blend linens, fresh cotton blend towels, washcloths, and private laundry facilities in the basement for your convenience. A third room with a desk and a convertible chair/cot, large enough to sleep one adult, is available for a fifth person.
The bathroom features a tub/shower with a shower curtain making it easier to bath young children. The couch does not convert into a bed.

OFFICE FOR ROAD WARRIORS TO WORK
Work-friendly amenities include fast WiFi, desk, desk lamp and over head lamp. We include an iron, and a full-sized ironing board. This space is apart from the rest of the rooms.

PRIVATE SECOND STORY PORCH
My favorite place in warmer weather is the private second story porch. We can to relax and just watch the world go by .

DINING ROOM AND EAT-IN KITCHEN
Enjoy a spacious dining room, a cozy living room, two bedrooms, and a office study. Sit at the table and watch the cook, chat and be together. For more formal gatherings go to the dining room .

ENTERTAINMENT
Stay connected with WiFi, Netflix, a ROKU smart flat screen TV, and a DVD player with a selection of movies.
You'll also find a variety of magazines and books for those rainy days.

Guest access;
This is a private entrance upstairs apartment. You will have the whole space including two private bedrooms with queen beds. Linen and towels are provided. Everything you will need to cook or to just order in and relax for a while. There is a dining room, a living room and a small study.. There is a flat screen ROKU smart TV with Netflix, a DVD player, books, magazines and a few DVDs for rainy days. There is an enclosed back porch where a couple of your bikes could be stored safely.
I don't have room for kayaks inside. Laundry is in the basement just for your use.

Other things to note;
I am a good communicator and would always be happy to answer your questions before and during your stay. We would love to share this wonderful area with you. I am an avid cyclist and have toured around many of the lakes by bicycle. I love this area and I believe you will too. Welcome.
