Beach Haven liegt auf Anastasia Island, 10 Minuten südlich der Innenstadt von St. Augustine. Es ist ideal für einen ruhigen Strand weg oder einen aktiven Urlaub! Die in den Boden beheizten Pool bietet Privatsphäre und Sicherheit für Kinder und Erwachsene gleichermaßen.

Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig mit einer Mischung aus Urlaubern und ganzjährig Bewohner auf einer Sackgasse. Der Strand ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu unserem schönen neuen Holzsteg, die Sie atemberaubenden Blick auf die Dünen, Strand und Meer, und späht an den Schildkröten, Kaninchen und andere lokale vierbeinigen Bewohner gibt!

Wir begrüßen Kinder und Haustiere in diesem tierfreundlichen Ferienhaus Haus. Wir haben ein kleines Haustier Gebühr. Sie werden nur wenige Minuten entfernt von den großen Restaurants, Kinos und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt alle Arten von Wasserfahrzeuge mieten, Golf, Museen, Kunstgalerien und historische Stätten entlang der inter-Waterway und in der Innenstadt von St. Augustine.

Loved this place
The house is as nice as it looks and you can’t beat the location. It’s a five min or less walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood and down a board walk. We appreciated and used the pool and the charcoal grill. The house has a wraparound second floor balcony with views of the ocean in between the houses behind the house. Overall a very serene and comfortable place. Thanks Marty!

Family vacay this is a great stay
This was such a fun vacation for our family. This house is located close to the beach with easy drive on acess also close by. We rented beach bikes for 2 days while we were there and they were worth it! In the mornings we would take a quick walk to the beach and set up for a fabulous day enjoying surf and sun. The afternoons were spent laying in the pool enjoying an afternoon of libations. The downstairs living space worked great to help us separate for evening movies or just chillling out time The kitchen is well stocked not that we cooked much but we found everything we needed. Great shopping and great restaurants are abundant so no worrying about finding something for everyone. IMPORTANT FACTS to us: you can see the ocean from the porch, the driveway will fit 4 vehicles, AC works great we were never hot upstairs or down, there's a keurig coffee maker, lots of space around the pool, great yard for the dog, there's a closet full of beach stuff, a cabinet full of puzzles and games, the beds are firm and all have footboards( if your tall this was an issue in the twin and bunk bed), there are lots of extra pillows and blankets, you don't hear the upstairs people walking when you're downstairs, keyless entry is awesome. WE LOVED IT! happy including the sog!!

Great Week!
What a relaxing week! The house was super comfortable, clean and inviting. Plenty water toys were available, the beach access was about a block and a half away and the beach was not swamped with people. There were plenty of books available and puzzles if you wanted to stay out of the sun. I know this is a minor thing but this was the first rental house i' ve ever rented that had a filtered water pitcher (great for coffee, ice cubes, drinking); what a wonderful idea! We all agreed that we would return. Thanks Marty.

Family beach get away
We truly enjoyed our stay at your home. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and a short easy walk to the beach. The only issue was the master TV. Volume very low and we couldn’t get it turned up. We will probably be back next year. 😊

All in all the stay was relaxing and the beach was beautiful. The house did show signs of pets… with hair on the coaches and because of that my sister struggled with allergies the whole time. The coffee pot did not work. And on our last night we did not have water in the house… no showers no flushing toilets.

This is a well maintained, super clean and pet friendly home. The beach access is a 3 minute walk. The local neighbors are also very outgoing and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again. If you venture out at night, I recommend River and Fort and the Tini Marrini.

This house was great, really well equipped, nice pool. Any inquiries we had ahead of time were answered promptly and courteously. While our group was just four adults, we’d recommend for two families or a grandparent situation due to the very thoughtful layout of the house. Great neighbourhood, close to the beach. No beach chairs, but there’s a store really close by if you forget them.

Perfect location! Great size for family stay
This property is perfectly located. Historic downtown is within 10 min which allows you to be in quieter area than all the tourist. Yet still close to nice restaurants and extremely close to the beach and beach access. Marty, the property manager, is always quick to respond and answer questions and/or provide suggestions. The house is clean, adequately equipped and great size for a large family! Would definitely consider staying here again!
