Bahamian Rhapsody in Blue
Pristine private beach, ready access to calm seas, and a perfectly complementing plunge pool. Our group of 7 left only to pick up the famed cinnamon buns and assorted groceries at Island Farm. Beautiful sunsets, but beware the no-see-ums in the early morning hours and at dusk.

Little Piece of Paradise!
After a horrendous journey to Eleuthera (2 days delayed), Sky Cove did not disappoint! Tenelle, the house concierge, was amazing and did so much to make our trip even better. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 11 and the secluded cove was the perfect playground for our entire family! Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation!

Skycove - an amazing property but the cove is just magical
Skycove is an exceptional property which exceeded our high expectations. The spacious and inviting atmosphere felt like a true home away from home. The house was well maintained and very clean. Our large group had plenty of room indoors and outdoors to unwind and relax. The property was well-equipped with cooking utensils and pans. We cooked ourselves several nights and we brought in Chef K and Pebbles for 3 days and 3 nights. Their menu was great. One night we did Bahamian, one-night mixed grill, and one-night lobster. They were also very nice and quite funny. The outdoor spaces at Skycove were magical. We opted for pool heat which was a good call. We enjoyed kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling in the stunning turquoise Caribbean Sea. What truly set SkyCove apart was the enchanting cove. It is actually a cove within a cove. Pictures do not capture its true beauty. The cove is teaming with fish. We saw barracuda, turtles, and lobster. The visibility in the cove is amazing. Watching the sunset from Skycove was amazing. The location of Skycove provided the perfect level of privacy we were seeking, with no neighbors in sight. This seclusion provided a real sense of a getaway. Staff was polite and available to answer any questions. Internet was strong throughout the entire house and even down on the beach. Starlink worked really well. Our time at Skycove will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we look forward to being back soon.

Tucked away private paradise
Amazing view, amazing property. Exactly what I expected based on the photos. There were a couple of small issues around the house, but most things were handled in a timely manner once communicated with the property manager. Overall, the perfect place to get away with my now husband and our families.

Perfect Family Vacation
Great location! Beautiful view! Would never have had to leave our private cove. Though we did go to Ten Bay Beach very near by one day and out for a boating excursion another day. Kids and adults stayed busy all day with kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, snorkeling, hunting for shells and treasures. We were 7 adults and 7 kids ages 2-11. Created great memories.

Tennielle the property manager was so helpful the property is amazing. Snorkeling right from the cove. Kayaking to ten bay beach. We had kids from 1year to 5 and the beach and pool were perfect.

Beautiful Place
This place is absolutely beautiful; it highlights your surroundings perfectly with views from every angle! Pool and beach were great for being outside together and the cove was awesome to swim in, snorkel, and kayak. We had some issues with things around the house (somewhat normal for the island but enough to make a note of) but the prop manager was extremely responsive, helpful. The *biggest* downside for our group is that everything was built around being outside. For a group of 11 at night, when the BUGS are out and it’s windy, we didn’t have a place to gather as the kitchen only had an island and a small table and the upstairs living/gathering area only had a table for 4. We made it work and enjoyed all it had to offer! Gorgeous place.

Beautiful property! The setting is amazing and stocked with everything you need. I would suggest getting the pool heated, and to reserve a chef for a special night! BRING BUG SPRAY! The no-see-ums were vicious! I look like I have a rash all over my body. Snorkel, kayak, swim, lounge, paddle board, chill by the pool, or beach. Amazing property and I would totally recommend!!

Family Fun
Sky Cove was an exciting place to stay. Our family ranged from 15-83 and everyone had a great time. Beautiful cove right in front of you when you wake up in the morning, at times could see turtles swimming around in the cove. Great snorkeling right around the corner of the cove. Lots of recreational items there including kayak's, paddleboards, rafts etc. The place was spectacular as far as the setting, long driveway to top of a hill and right on the water. Beautiful views all day long. Inside the place was clean and beds were comfy. Any issues from booking to your stay were addressed immediately by Matt, Tennielle, & Keith. Keith is a great guy with a wealth of knowledge about the island. Only thing I would recommend is adding more WIFI routers to the house, that was a bit rough at times. Great stay would not hesitate to return again.

Incredible Views, Amazing Beds, Beautiful Home!
Tennielle and Matthew were very gracious and communicative hosts! The grounds were very well kept, and the visual impact of the home was very impressive. It was a stunning view, both inside and out, even when looking back at the house. The house itself is an architectural work of art. Such a nice, private location, centered in a great area of Eleuthera. The beds were super comfortable, which is not always the case at some of the other homes on the island. And the covered breezeway made for a lovely place to spend time out of the sun together. The real treat about this, was that it was truly a BREEZY way, so we never had to fight the no-see-ums here! The only thing I would point out for future guests is that access to the four main bedrooms is a little bit unconventional. It is mentioned in the listing that the 4 main bedrooms have their own entrance from the deck, but what I didn’t realize was that it would be the only entrance, unless you want to walk through other people’s rooms. There is no hallway in the house from the kitchen/living area to the bedrooms. All four rooms are technically connected. If you open one side of the bedroom doors, it opens into the next bedroom. While this is most likely not a deal breaker for most, I think it is important to understand the set-up, especially if you are traveling as couples, with children, or people you don’t know that well. Entering and exiting on to the patio and then back into the main part of the house from the patio isn’t a huge inconvenience, but it also isn’t ideal if it is dark or raining. However, because of this set-up, you do have the stunning views from your bed, of course, but also views from your bathroom, facing east. Overall, how you enter the bedrooms does not take away from the wow factor of this place!

Amazing Home
Just spent a week at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our 9 family members. We really enjoyed the cove where we could keep our rental boat and go out on it everyday to explore. The location is great with many beaches close by. It was a bonus to have access to the paddle boards and the kayaks. Saw lots of sea turtles and fish in the cove along with many beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked with any pots/pans you may need as well as spices. Tennielle, the house manager, is amazing. She is quick to respond to any question we had. I would not hesitate to go back to this paradise.

A Good Private Get Away Location
A great getaway. Cove a little rocky at low tide but wonderful at high tide. Bring your snorkel gear! Great snorkeling for kids with large and small sea life in cove, outside the cove to the left great snorkeling for adults. Our 4 kids loved the pool and played in the water for hours. Chefs and gas stations only took cash so be prepared, most restaurants take credit cards. Eleuthera is not a tourist trap so relax, explore and enjoy the island! The house was comfortable, clean and well maintained.

One Perfect Cove
We had a wonderful week despite the weather. We truly enjoyed having our own little cove which was extremely private. The house was perfect for 3 families and 5 kids. However, this house would not be ideal for small children. Its perfect for children that are able to take care of themselves and can swim. Based on the pictures we originally thought all of the adults would take the master bedrooms. But the upstairs shotgun rooms are best for kids. The bathrooms don't have doors so it does lack a little privacy and the shower glass door faces into the room. So if a guest was walking through to their room and you were in the shower it would be a show. The 2 apartment style places were perfect for couples. We had one couple stay in the shotgun room in the far back. The cover was a favorite for everyone and the paddle boards and Kayak. We rented a boston whaler from Paul Petty (who was great to work with) which we just anchored right in front. The cons were the bugs. The house is so beautiful but even with all of the lotions, candles and bracelets the mosquitos were horrible. I don't know if it was the time of year or having all the trees. You also have to drive 15-20 min to get to any of the restaurants. Which was fine but driving at night wasn't ideal. The rental car lights aren't great. We brought in a chef one night and he was amazing. Tennille who is the property manager on site was extremely helpful. She was sooo responsive and really made everything from checking in to trying to find fresh fish easy. The adults also enjoyed cocktail hour upstairs on the rooftop. It was hit or miss with the mosquitos up there. Some nights we were fine others you would get eaten alive the minute you stepped outside. Working with Matthew Simon to book the rental was easy. He has a wonderful list of referrals and is so timely with his response which made planning a vacation extremely easy.

Amazing property for a large family and we ranged in age 22 through 80!!
We chose this property so we could travel with our adult children and parents. It is nice when my Dad (80) can be on the property and be part of everyone coming and going from the Beach to the pool. The cove is amazing as my mom (79) could swim and snorkel as the reefs create a protected area that is full of marine life, fish and turtles! We chose to primarily cook and eat in the main house due to the convenience and the view but there was a kitchen by the pool that we used for lunch a few days! The property manager was amazing and when we had an issue renting a car she made it happen and had one delivered to the house for us :)Thank You Sky Cove

Amazing
We stayed in March, there were 11 of us including a 6 year old and 3 year old. The house was perfect for us. The cove was amazing, we did Snorkeling/ fishing and shell searching right at the house. The manager recommended we call chef Andrew and we did, he did not disappoint. We called him back 3 times, food was amazing! The only negative is that the bocce ball area needs more sand in order to play the game, the wood is exposed so you can’t roll the balls. Would highly recommend the house. It’s a little far from where you go for most excursions but the house is worth it.

Beautiful, amazing views and lagoon with beach!
We had an amazing vacation and stay at Sky Cove!! Our most favorite thing to do was float and snorkel in our own private cove!(water shoes recommended because it’s a bit rocky!) 15 of us, 4 families ranging in age from 19-77 all stayed at the house! Sleeps 12 adults extremely comfortably in king size beds and with our own bathrooms. The loft has 2 beds for kids or young ppl! Then we had one adult kid sleeping on the couch in the family room. All the decks and patios and outdoor furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed all the outdoor spaces! Cooking for 15 was a bit difficult because there are not big enough pots and pans. Close to great restaurants like Tippy’s in Palmetto Point, The Island farm in Palmetto point for fresh veges, cheese, homemade gluten free bread and regular bread and cinnamon rolls baked freah on Tues and Frij am! The best conch salad you will ever have, as sell as, the nicest proprietors at Seabreeze in Tarpum Bay and they have a nice liquor store. The Best grocery store is in Rock Sound! I could go on and on about how wonderful our trip was to Eluethera!!

Stunning property!!!
This house is stunning all on it's own, and then when you see that cove, OMG!! It is truly picture perfect!! The house has a great layout for a large group. We put the loud people upstairs (haha) and the early birds in the 2 cacitas that are detached from the house down below. All rooms have a great view of the beach. The bathrooms are not completely private (per American standards) but are nice. The only complaint I had was that we thought the pool was heated and it's not. We were very disappointed and I've been told that a heater should be installed soon. It was too cold in January to use the pool on it's own without heat. However, the ocean water was beyond PERFECT and crystal clear, and the cove was protected from high winds....so it worked out just great! The house is fairly well stocked...and I had a concierge service stock the groceries. I don't recommend doing that, as there is a nice market store just 5 minutes away and you could pick out your own things (more accurate). The kayaks at the house are top notch and were so easy to use. Don't be afraid to venture out into some of the most beautiful water you've ever seen!! Go to Ten Beach nearby. You could kayak there too if you want to be ambitious. Matthew (reservation / property manager) answered every question and had great communication. The house is definitely island living life. Power went out a few times on the island, and there is no back up power. It wasn't an issue, it always came back on in a few minutes to a couple of hours, and only added to the cultural adventure. The house has a washer and dryer so you can wash your towels and clothes if needed, and that was nice. Also we brought our own pool floats, and pump, and we found a pump there too....so not needed, just FYI. The house is stunning. Go stay!! Great layout, 2 kitches were handy, one upstairs and one downstairs. Large enough downstairs for everyone to congregate. Fantastic outdoor furniture and fire pits everywhere! We used the propane grill and made some awesome memories there!! Beautiful place in paradise!!!!
