102 Scotch Bonnet Circle. In Scotch Bonnet Soundside. The home sits second row to the beach and has sound and pool views to the west. There is beach access just a short walk away. There is 2,131 sq ft of living space.

This rental home has a reverse floor plan. This means the first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 bedroom is a is a master with king and full bath. 1 queen bedroom, and 2 twin beds, under one of the twins is a trundle. There is also a pull-out twin bed that can be set up in the office area on the 3rd floor.

The second floor has the living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. The third floor is the main master bedroom and master bath. There is also office space in the upstairs master bedroom for remote working or learning. Each of the 3 floors has 2 balconies for a total of six balconies all with amazing views. Each balcony is furnished. One of the balconies on the main floor has a table for outdoor dining. Perfect for a family to sit outside for fresh air.

All bedrooms have televisions. The televisions in the Living room and Upper Master Bedroom have cable and there are Roku sticks in the other 3 bedrooms. The home has speedy internet access and an elevator for convenience.

Bedding linens and bathing towels will be provided for each Bedroom/Bathroom for ease throughout your stay.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.

- a new kitchen scrubber

- a dish towel and washcloth

- dish soap

- dishwasher tabs

- powdered laundry soap

- bar soap per bathroom

- ziplock bags

- trash bags

- toilet paper

- paper towels

- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.

- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve


*As of July 2021-renters are no longer allowed to have golf carts on the premises.

Rentals are 7 days from Sunday to Sunday.

$200 non-refundable pet fee per pet for two dogs max.

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
