▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ Pets are not allowed.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

Not presented honestly
Broken blinds, plumbing not working, third-party manager wasn’t responsive in the beginning until one of the bathroom started leaking through the ceiling. The third-party manager also gave the wrong information about plumbing that was not working. Grill not working on the deck, electric lights strung on the back porch coming down, only offered one parking place when there were two specifically assigned to the unit. Dirty carpets. One of the rules was to not move the furniture and I can see why now having stayed there. Poor placement. Front porch very dark trying to get in as the motion light didn’t always come on. This property was not honestly represented. Deck did have a nice view, but we ended up using it very little as the seat that goes along. The back rail was unsafe and the lights were hanging down and the grill did not work. The third-party company said they would try to come by and fix it if we wanted them too if someone calls to say the grill is not working, wouldn’t you think they want to use it?Second property I hv booked through Vrbo that was not honestly presented.

great place
For anyone visiting folks at Riderwood Village, this is an ideal spot - right outside the main gate! Wonderful townhouse that fit our group of 4 adults perfectly - loved having 2 full baths upstairs & a 1/2 bath downstairs.The large rear deck is a treat in nice weather, the reserved parking space right in front makes coming/going a breeze, and its located right around the corner from all kinds of retail & restaurants. Also a quick 10-15 minute drive to the Greenbelt train station for easy access into Washington DC.Communication was timely & right on target, with very easy check-in & numbered passcode for the front door. Owner responded quickly with any questions, & gracefully acknowledged our list of recommended small improvements. Hope to come back again soon to stay here & visit our dear friends again in Riderwood Village!

Just like the photos !
It was a beautiful and cozy house with plenty of nice warm blankets for sitting out on the patio. The Ugg blanket got an extra 50 points from me!! Another great bonus were the non stick pans we used to cook breakfast, excellent quality cookware. I do wish there were more washcloths but they have plenty of linens for convenience.The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and a great location, Target, Giant and many other convenient places were literally a 5 minute drive more or less. Would definitely be staying here again !
