The area is well-served by public transport. At check-in, you’ll receive a tourist card with free bus access and great local discounts. The nearest bus stop is about a 20-minute walk, and from there, it’s only 30 minutes by bus to Thun’s train station.

🌙 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, especially on the balcony, to respect our neighbours. Noise sensors will alert you if limits are exceeded.
🎉 No Parties: Parties are not allowed, and breaking this rule will result in notifying the authorities.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the balcony.
🐾 No Pets: Sorry, we can’t accommodate pets.
🔥 No Fireplace or BBQ Use: These are not available for use during your stay.
🌬️ Ventilation: After cooking, please air out the kitchen/living room for at least 15 minutes, and air out the bathroom after showering.
📸 Report Damages: Please report any damages with photos as soon as they occur.
👥 Guest Numbers: Let us know immediately if there are more guests than indicated in the reservation.
