Check out this outstanding newly remodeled and updated 1/1 condo with heated pool and boat dock. This condo is only a half mile WALK to Turtle Beach and minutes to Siesta Key Beach and the village. You are walking access to the free Siesta Key trolley to the beaches, village shopping, restaurants and nightlife. No reason to rent a car. But if you choose to, our gated condo has a free parking lot (rare for the key).

Our heated pool is directly on the canal, it's fun to view the passerby's ... either human, dolphins and/or manatee. Float your vacation away in relative privacy... The condo is only 7 total units so very private pool - did I say private ;)

Hit Turtle Beach, it's just a 2 minute drive or a 7 minute walk. It's a great beach, less crowded and more convenient than other area beaches. It's closer and easier to access the water from the parking lot and not the teen spring break scene ;)

If all the action is what you're after, you can access all the island has to offer with a 5 minute drive, bike ride or better yet a trolley ride, to Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village. Soak up the festivities, shopping and nightlife.

The FREE trolley is an easy stroll from the condo and operates daily, year around. It’s a great way to avoid the hassle of finding parking. You can access Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach, Captain Curt’s and the marina, and the Siesta Key Village.

Just 30 min away is St Armand’s Circle, downtown Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch’s upscale UTC mall. Even head East for some horseback riding or watch some polo matches a the world class Sarasota Polo Club.

Uber and Lyft extremely accessible as well.

Our place is bright, fresh and clean with great views from every room. All the furniture and beds are updated and stylish. We’ve tried to provide a great experience for our guests- please read our 5 star reviews and then decide. We are premier hosts for a reason!

We are a small community and parking is limited to 2 cars per unit. Please note no elevator, MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB 2 SETS OF STAIRS - 12 stairs in total

Absolutely loved our stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. So wonderful, clean & spacious!! We had absolutely everything we needed. The place was appointed so well! The bed was AMAZING. Very nice property! Loved the location! Condo was clean and nicely maintained. Loved the beach decor. Condo was well stocked with everything you can think of or might need. Definitely a great place to stay, 10 minute walk to the beach, short drive to bars and restaurants, kayaks provided for kayaking through the mangroves was nice! If i had any complaints it would be we had to go back home. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Fit
Great mix of proximity to Turtle, Crescent, and Siesta Key beaches and yet the seclusion of being on the inlet. We really enjoyed kayaking in the mornings around Bird Key, hanging out at the pool and then spending the rest of the day at the beach. We were fortunate to see dolphins and manatee up close in the inlet. The place was clean and met every expectation. Would certainly consider a subsequent visit in the future!

The unit was clean, nicely updated and had everything we needed! The location was excellent, close enough to restaurants and amenities, super close to Turtle beach and what a quiet, natural and beautiful beach it is. It was so convenient using the bikes to get to the beach and ice cream. The area was very natural and the kayaks gave us a chance to explore and burn a few calories! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Nice place for two to get away. Liked the location and amenities; however, downside was sharing bikes with large family from other unit - we thought we would be biking everywhere but sometimes bikes weren't available. Also pool is very small so it was often full when we wanted to swim. Advertised as having a garage spot for parking but we had to park out in the sun due to water equipment stored in garage on our side. Other than that, overall we thought it was great.

So enjoyable!
This property was so charming and spacious! It was incredibly clean too. We loved the access to the bikes and the kayaks. We were fortunate enough to see 5 dolphins on our first kayak trip in the canal. We love wildlife and it was one of the reasons that we chose this property as it was on the canal. The location is wonderful and only 10 minutes to downtown Siesta Key, where our family was staying. It was truly a pleasure! The only thing that was a surprise was the size of the shower. Very small. If you are a big person, this is not a good fit. The size of the Master bedroom and closet space was awesome though. The master bed is one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. We will be considering the purchase of the same mattress! This is a great stay and we would stay here again in the future!

Where to start Everything is as it looks in the pictures but even better! Loved being able to take a kayak out every day, sometimes 2x’s a day. Location is perfect, peaceful and serene. Positives: Comfortable bed. Short walk to turtle beach and the trolley bus. Lots of holiday accessories included (kayaks, beach towels, cycles etc). Host was quick to respond to texts. Quiet location and neighbours - didn’t hear any noise whatsoever. Areas for improvement: Would have been nice to have blackout blinds/curtains. Cleanliness could be improved - mould on the shower curtain, weird stain on a chair. Shower is dated compared to the rest of the property. Required to clean the place before departing yet we’re charged a cleaning fee. Pool was fine but a little tatty - had to fix one of the umbrellas and there’s lots of bird droppings around the perimeter of the pool. Overall it’s a decent place. I’d stay again. Hopefully the host will improve on the minor issues mentioned above.
