Dieses charmante 1 Schlafzimmer befindet sich nur 1 Häuserblock von der Resurrection Bay und dem Sea Life Centre sowie 1 Straße von den Geschäften und Restaurants der Innenstadt entfernt. Eines der ältesten Gebäude Sewards und ursprünglich eine Pension aus den alten Eisenbahntagen, bleiben Sie und seien Sie Teil der Sewards Geschichte. Apropos Geschichte, wir sind direkt hinter dem Museum / Bibliothek. Diese Vermietung wurde komplett renoviert, aber wir behielten einige der alten Charme. Die Küche hat einen Einzelkochplattenbrenner, Konvektionsofen, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Auch 1 Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Wohnraum. Wir bauen leise und beobachten ruhige Stunden. Wir haben Anwohner, die auch in dem Gebäude leben. Wir bieten Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für einen lokalen Bewohner mit Ihrer Reinigungsgebühr. Das Parken ist kostenlos an der Vorderseite des Gebäudes. Toller Wanderweg 1 Block entfernt, der zum 1 km entfernten kleinen Bootshafen führt. Diese Eigenschaft ist nicht sehr gut für 4 Erwachsene geeignet. Ideal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder oder weniger.

Cute apartment

This apartment is really cute and decorated with love. From a guest‘s point of view it would be of advantage to have more space and less decor. Eg in the bathroom and in the kitchen one could use one wall for boards instead of decor. That would make the apartment more flexible for the guests who bring a lot of staff with them. But still this apartment is clean, lovely and cute. We would definitely come back.

Small, but sufficient

Loved the views, and the way it was set up to maximize space. A little difficult with two small children getting up and down stairs and having play space for them. But we were only there for one night- so it worked perfectly for what we needed.

Great stay in the heart of Seward!

This is a great location that is close to everything! The property is retro-cool in a historical building. The Cookery, my favorite restaurant in Seward, is pretty much across the street, and the SeaLife Center is just around the corner. The trail along the water is just a couple of blocks away. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and it all made for a great saty! Thanks!

Kenai Fjord and Resurrection Bay

Very nice! In off season and had difficulty finding places to eat that were open but thankfully we had a good kitchen and a Safeway that was open for groceries.

Cute and cozy condo

We stayed in 8 different places during our Alaska trip, and this condo was our favorite! Charming, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed and in a super location. It's small and you probably can't cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen but for our three days in Seward it was perfect.

Two night stay prior to cruise

Our stay was nice. The location was a little too far from the cruise port. With luggage the free shuttle was a little inconvenient. The bed was comfy. It was very quiet, however my wife ran out of hot water and had to take a cold shower, that wasn’t pleasant.

Seward Gem

The location of this property is perfect, you are right in the down town area. Everything you could want is within walking distance; dinner, hiking, shopping, etc. I much prefer this area verse staying in the harbor area. It feels as if you are a local in this area as opposed to a tourist. The apartment itself has everything you need and more, not to mention the bed is super comfy and the kitchen is stocking with everything you need to prep a meal or enjoy a cup of coffee. The host Shelly was an amazing communicator. Instructions for check-in and checkout were very clear and easy! Her response times were speedy!

Great stay

We loved the cozy apartment. It’s located downtown so you can walk most places. We found a spot to park our car out front easily every time. It’s an easy walk to the sea life aquarium and our favorite restaurant, the cookery. It’s just a few minutes drive to the visitors center and cruise port. The apartment was small but efficient. We had everything we needed and I loved the couch which allowed me to read in the morning while my husband slept late. The Kuerig was nice to have. The host was responsive and the check in process was great. I definitely recommend!

Awesome Alternative to Hotel!!!!

Adorable and functional unit. Top floor, peek-a-boo bay view, surprisingly quiet less some bumps and knocks here and there in the building. The airflow is awesome and we were so thankful for the the black-out curtains! Fast & friendly communication with the host and the location is absolutely unbeatable. I travel to Seward 4-5 times a year and am looking forward to bookmarking this unit to use again. Ten stars out of five.

Loved the history of the building and its location! It was quiet and the tub, bed and pillows were fantastic! Dining chairs and table are high and uncomfortable for casual eating/morning coffee and the coffee pot pictured isn't there, a keurig coffee maker (listed in the description) is there instead. And if you plan on reheating food, bring paper plates as the plates here were not microwave safe.

Cute retro apartment with everything you need!

Loved this retro apartment! It had everything I could possibly need, all set out beautifully. Really appreciated the extra touches that were left and I felt very at home.
