We enjoyed staying at this property, it's newly built and has lots of nice amenities. The only thing missing from the unit was in unit laundry, which was unfortunate. You would think designers would understand that women, who typically are the ones in charge of laundry, have very little desire to hang out in a joint laundry facility, but would prefer the peace and safety of doing laundry on their own time. Property on a busy road, but designed to insulate guests from much of the noise and busyness with an inner courtyard that is really charming, with space for kids to play. Within half a mile of the beach, so would be great for families. The set up had one king upstairs with a shower bath, and then one king below stairs with a shower bath. So lots of privacy if more than one couple was traveling, or kids. We had our dogs, super dog friendly as well. Very clean, lovely landscaping and design aesthetics on point. We stayed in unit 13, which had an issue in the lower shower, did not impact us, but needed to be addressed by management. Management and staff were very friendly. Would recommend.
