ABOUT THE HOUSE/AREA:

Make lifelong memories with your family and friends in this cozy and newly renovated home. Our well-maintained 3BR/2B house is only 2.5 miles from Sarasota downtown and Marina Jacks, 1.5 miles to Payne Park, 7.1 miles to Siesta Beach, and 9 miles from University Town Center. The home is on a dead end street with a walking trail that takes you to beautiful views and beyond.

It features remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, vaulted cathedral ceilings with fans and exposed wooden beams, laminate flooring, and a finished garage with AC that can be used as a work-out room.

There is plenty of room for the family to spread out as the open floor plan boasts a large living room, spacious dining area, and updated, fully - equipped kitchen. The outside amenities consist of enclosed lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, favorite book or just chill; and a fenced manicured yard with mature trees to appreciate nature, sun and quiet time. Lanai also includes a FIREPLACE for a cozy/cute nightly vibe.

THE SPACE:

Our home is situated on a dead end street in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. You will not hear any cars going up or down the street. Enjoy a short walk to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and FAMOUS Phillippi Creek Levee Trail.

This home is ideal for longer stays and is KID FRIENDLY! Our location allows you proximity to enjoy the best of the area without paying high prices.

We tried our best to reflect a homey/family vibe with modern-day amenities.

INDOOR SPACE

Each bedroom is decorated with comforting colors and has ceiling fans and light fixtures, a perfect setting for afternoon snoozes or a peaceful night's sleep. Extra bedding INCLUDED.

- The master bedroom has a King size bed with a Smart HDTV.
- The 2nd bedroom has a Quin size bed
- The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds

Bathrooms:
- Master Bath is equipped with a standing shower, a sink and a lot of storage for make-up and toiletries.
- Second bathroom has a standing shower and can be accessed from the living room and is located in the nook between the other 2 rooms. Large closet inside for towels, toiletries and extra clothes/blankets/suitcases.

The living room is filled with natural light, creating a welcoming space to spend downtime between beach trips and outings. Enjoy binge-watching/family movie/game night on the Smart HDTV in the living room.

If you’re working from home or remotely, a dedicated work desk and WI-FI with high-speed internet are provided.

The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, and all the appliances needed to prepare and serve meals.

The laundry room is armed with the best-in-class QUIET washer and dryer and is available during your stay.

Large backyard is partially fenced and has a picture-perfect COVERED outdoor deck.

You can park in the driveway, which is suitable for cars, sedans, SUVs, small trucks. Driveway is suitable for 2 cars. Larger/longer cars or more than one car can be parked on the dead-end street parallel to the driveway.

Comfortable, beautiful & great location
We loved this home. Great central location! Easy to get where we wanted to go. Depending on traffic it’s 10-15 minutes to both Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. St Armand’s circle is right there too. We drove about 30 minutes down to Venice beach and up north to Anna Maria Island is about an hour. This property is on a quiet dead end street. That’s a huge plus. Publix grocery store is about 10 minutes away and there are wonderful coffee shops to find. Our favorite by far was Perq. Our favorite things about the home were the very comfortable beds and living room furniture. We had four adults and it was perfect for us. Everyone was really comfortable after being on the go in the hot weather. AC works great. We also loved the covered porch in the back. We spent time there in the mornings with our coffee. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach towels and chairs. And we loved having a washer and dryer handy. We will absolutely book here again. Nicola was a great host. She checked in with us often to see if we needed anything and was very helpful.

All you need for a great, smooth vacation is in this house. Starting from the great location, to the house being well equipped (kitchen items, washer/dryer, beach gear), clean and nicely decorated. This rental is extremely clean!! It shows that the host pays attention to details and cares to make your stay pleasant. The host, Nikola, is very respectful and responds quickly to messages. This house was the cleanest place we have ever stayed on vacation. Because of the layout, my husband and I had privacy on our side of the house and my sister had privacy in the guest room on the other side of the house. We enjoyed the free streaming and TV options on Peacock. From this location we drove to beaches on Siesta Key and Anna Marie Island.

Convenient to attractions
This house isn’t for everybody Even though the house was in a location that was near many of Sarasota’s attractions ie. Ringling mansion and museum, Marie Selby gardens, Mote aquarium , downtown Sarasota, St. Armonds circle et.al it was in need of exterior and interior updating. I believe the Nikola (the host) will remedy those areas as she was quickly assessable and did what she could at the moment. I would just confirm with her that the issues such as furniture and mattress comfort have been addressed.

Clean and well organized residence
It was our first time renting from Virbo. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. She provided timely responses to my emails, texts messages, and phone calls. She was eager to address any questions I might have. The home was clean in and out with a ton of towels, body wash soap and shampoo. Kitchen had every necessary appliances including coffee machine and electric kettle. Plates, spoons, cups, coffee and assortment of tea were available at no additional cost. Grill and a fireplace in the backyard. Basically, it’s home away from home. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent a vacation home in Sarasota and would certainly stay here again whenever I am in Sarasota.

Wedding Week Stay
Wonderful stay in a spacious three bedroom, extremely clean home, and a quiet dead-end street. Well stocked Kitchen (cooking items, coffees, teas, spices, etc ~ plenty to get you started if you want to cook for yourself). Very comfortable beds; beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc to take to the beach! Great hosts who responded quickly when I had just a few questions☺️ conveniently located just a 15 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches (Siesta key & Lido Beach), St Armand’s Key for wonderful shopping and restaurants & University Town Center for mall shopping, restaurants, etc. Just a great central location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home - 3 bedroom, squeaky clean and very nicely decorated !!
Our host was super nice and very quick to respond to any questions that I had before and while we stayed in her home. The house is super clean and I'm rather picky about that. The house is beautiful inside and out. 3 very spacious bedrooms and 2 very nice and modern bathrooms. Enough room for 6 people to sleep and move around to enjoy the house without any issues. We will definitely re-book this home on our next trip to Sarasota. I give them 10 stars - not just 5. We loved our stay here. On, and the street is short and VERY quiet. Lovely backyard and porch area's too. Inside and out - this VRBO is a real GEM !!

Wonderful hosts and property!
5 stars isn't enough! Everything was as described, the house was clean, the temperature was set to a very cool 75 which was very much appreciated in the heat we experience here in Florida in August. We did make a few meals while we were here and everything we needed was readily available. We did not utilize the gas grill, but it's there if you need it. The backyard is very tranquil and relaxing, the patio area is very nice as well. Located not far from Lido Beach, it was an easy drive to get there. Lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes. It was very quiet and peaceful, I was so relaxed I didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the Sarasota area.

We had a family event in Sarasota -- a relative's 100th birthday! -- and this was a perfect oasis for us. From the 3 bedrooms to the 4 beach chairs and umbrella this house was perfect. There was even a cooler and plenty of room in the garage to keep the car out of the hot sun. Highly recommend!

Great Home for Family
Our family stayed here with our four kids ages 6 to 13 during spring break. The house was a perfect size, and very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the sand toys, we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved the quiet location. It was centrally located for the variety of activities that we wanted to do. We spent time out at Siesta Key, in Venice, out at Myakka River State Park, Lido Key and a few other places. All were easy access. The house was very clean and communication with the owner easy. We would definitely stay here again.
