We booked this VRBO to be close to our family who was having a 90th birthday party for grandma. I have to say I was a little disappointed with the communication. I received check-in details only minutes before the actual check in "time". Normally from my experience I receive these at least 1 day ahead of time. Not only that, I texted the owner and emailed via VRBO multiple times and never received a response. I called the owner and the man that picked up was not very friendly at all. The coffee machine needs replacing as it was a knock-off Keurig maker, and literally got coffee grounds everywhere- it was a mess. After reading the directions twice on the washer/dryer combo- I ran the dryer twice and it still did not dry my clothes. Thankfully it was warm outside so I let them dry outside. Another thing was the shower- after about 15 minutes in the shower it got cold. Not sure if this happens when other people take showers in other adjacent condo's, but it was unsettling. My husband and I also woke up to either a weed whacker or a lawn mower at 5:30 on a Saturday morning. That isn't the owners fault, but the HOA should definitely change that ordinance. Finally- I never received any check out information regarding what to do with sheets, dishes, trash etc. and we were leaving around 4am the next morning. I did not see any welcome book regarding this information and didn't bother to ask.
