Newly furnished and updated this is an amazing home for a vacation in paradise. Located in the perfect middle of nowhere place, but is also not far from the activities all up and down 30A. This home will book up quickly! Get your dates while they are available! 


 



Beach Access: Flip Flop Zone is about 0.8 miles from the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access!  This is a convenient beach access with plenty of parking and restrooms. The Gulfview Heights Beach Access is also located roughly 1.4 miles (both short golf cart rides) from the home as well!


 


Pool Access: The Seasonally heated Community Pool, a 2 or 3 minute walk from the home, offers an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub, fire pit and more! Seasonally heated March and April!

Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits next to Point Washington State Park and its meandering nature trails, with beach access just one mile from the front door! 


 


A short walk from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. A pleasant mile walk from the home will get your toes in the sand.


 


Hardwood floors, granite counter-tops and simple coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 7 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Two sizable, covered porches enhance the living spaces of the main home, one of them comes complete with a wall-mounted TV. The perfect place to unwind with your favorite beverage in hand. Don't forget the peaceful views of the nearby pond!


 


The main home features a reverse plan with 2 King Master Suites, one on each level.  On the first floor, the Master King Suite has access to a spacious Master Bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower.  Smart TV's (with Direct TV) in every bedroom (and the Living Room) means no fighting for remotes on this vacation!



 


Ascending the wooden staircase you'll find the second Master King Suite, accompanying the bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo.  Up here, you'll also find the two Guest Bedrooms, one with 2 Twin beds and the other with a comfy Queen.  Both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There's also a pullout Queen sleeper sofa, if your party requires an extra bed.



 


The fully appointed kitchen offers plenty of cooking space with quartz countertops and center island, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry, perfect for the most discriminating home chef. Just because you are on vacation, doesn't mean that you have to skip family dinner! Alternatively, check out the plethora of dining & entertainment options along 30A & Blue Mountain Beach.  The paver driveway has enough parking space for up to FIVE (5) vehicles, so you can bring the whole family on the Florida Vacay!
The welcoming foyer leads to a back patio and spacious courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating and a propane (provided) grill, perfect for the whole family to kick back and enjoy the Florida Sun!

We totally enjoyed the beautiful house and property! There was ten of us ages 7 to almost 70 - three generations of family! Lots of space and comfortable for all! One minor issue that was addressed by management right away and corrected. Wonderful!

Beach trip with friends and family
Overall our stay was great! The house itself was very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and has a great pool. It’s a short golf cart ride away from the beach as well. One of the reasons we booked this house was that it came with a golf cart and several bikes. The golf cart was great to have! Unfortunately, the lock code we were given to access the bikes was incorrect. We contacted BeachWalk twice to have this corrected. They said that they would send someone out to fix/open the locks so that we could use the bikes. They never sent anyone to the house, and we were unable to use the bikes for the length of our stay, which was quite disappointing. We had a fun trip, but we will likely go through a different rental company for our next stay.

Beautiful home- very clean and well set up! Love the primary bedroom on the main! Great coffee maker that uses k- cups or grounds- loved the golf cart. Would suggest bringing trash bags and paper towels. Beach chairs there to borrow too! Thank you!
