This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A. The house comes with 4 bikes and a max of 10 WaterColor amenity wristbands. People ages 5 and up are required to have wristbands.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Welcome to 108 Silver Laurel Way! Located in WaterColor's most desired Park District, just a few minutes from Seaside and the beach, this 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house can comfortably sleep 10 guests. It's on a quiet street that backs up to Seaside and its nature trails. The interior is incredibly spacious, with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The front patio invites guests in with a cozy porch swing, perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee.

Inside, find hardwood floors and shiplap walls lining the living area and entryway. The gourmet kitchen is updated with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table can seat up to 8 guests for a meal, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Find a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom down the hall, as well as the second guest room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed.

Upstairs, there is an additional primary suite and bunk nook with a twin-over-full bunk bed and flat-screen TV. The primary suite has a king bed, private bathroom with a luxurious clawfoot bathtub, and a private, covered balcony overlooking the neighborhood.

Guests can enjoy using the grill in the backyard and gather around the outdoor seating area to enjoy an alfresco meal style. Three adult bikes are provided—perfect for riding around the many nature trails surrounding WaterColor or to the beach. You'll also have access to the recently renovated WaterColor Beach Club and neighborhood pools. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and Beach Habitats 30A fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow animals in this home. The failure to adhere to this rule will allow for immediate eviction and loss of deposit. The guest is fully responsible for all damages.

Great house but we had some issues
The house and amenities were great, however, we arrived on Thursday and the wifi did not work for our entire stay. This created some problems with those that needed to take work calls on Friday. Separately, the house is not stocked that well with household supplies -- we ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher detergent.

Great place!
My family stayed here for three nights/four days and enjoyed our visit. It was a great size for us and an even better location. My 13 year old and his friend especially liked the independence the location afforded them. Communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Watercolor.

108 Silver Laurel Way was a wonderful house for our two families! 4 adults and 5 kids ages 6-16 had plenty of space and the location to WC Beach Club, Camp Water Color, and Seaside Square was perfect!! The kids made great use of the included bikes and the adults loved mornings on the porch!!! Having a second AC unit would have been nice to keep the house cooler during the 98 degree days, but that is the only complaint I could come up with!

Great Property / Great Location
Our family (2 16-year old boys and 1 13-year old girl) really liked this house. The pictures are pretty accurate. I didn't quite understand that layout from the listing, but it works really well. Downstairs is the kitchen/living area. We had everything we needed and hosted another family for a big dinner one night. The large table on the patio was perfect for us to enjoy dinner. At the back is a bunk room with a full bathroom (that is also accessible from the hall) and then a queen bedroom with private bath. Upstairs is a really large master/master bath plus a smaller bunk room. People staying in that bunk room would need to go downstairs to the bathroom or go through the master - this was no issue for us at all. The location is really good. It was a 5-6 minute walk to the water color beach club and less than 10 to the Seaside center. Our kids zipped around on bikes easily. We would definitely rent this house again.

The location of house was fabulous. Listed as four bedrooms which is not really accurate. It’s really a three bedroom house. The fourth is really an extra room with bunk beds. No closet. And it doesn’t let you know you have to walk through another bedroom to access a bathroom. There was only one heating cooling until for the two story house, an old one. So we were freezing downstairs. Unfortunately the fire alarm started beeping at 1:00 AM. The maintenance number never answered or called us back. So 8 of the 9 people including a 2 year old were up in the middle of the night. It took us a while to solve the problem ourselves. They extended our check out time which was greatly appreciated.

Amazing experience, perfect location
My family loved staying at this beautiful home in the Watercolor neighborhood. We have three kids ages 3-8 and the neighborhood and all of the amenities were perfect for a family vacation. The cottage was gorgeous on the inside - everything is new and high quality. There was plenty of space for all of us in this charming home away from home. Couldn't recommend more. We hope to return.

We have stayed in Watercolor about 10 times over the last three years. This was our first time to stay in this house. We love the convenient access to the beach, Beach Club, Lake House pool, and Watercolor shops and restaurants. The home appears to have been recently updated and the design is really beautiful. We loved hanging out on the porches (there are three).

Great location and perfect amenities for our stay! We grilled and ate meals in and also rode the bikes the bikes to eat out or get ice cream snacks…house layout was also good for our group. Some construction on a nearby house was an early morning bummer but not the host’s fault. Otherwise all was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is so close to watercolors club and the seaside Square.. the house was clean and comfortable. One of the bunkbeds was in need of some maintenance but otherwise the house was great.
