I booked a room for one night via Expedia because my flight was canceled due to weather. The location was not at the address mentioned in my booking, but they shared with me the GPS coordinates when they realised I am so late. The taxi driver said it was not a nice place, but whatever, it was late evening. I arrived, the room was very much improvised, one light switch for all lights, plugs not working, a table made of a glass which was moving, shower and toilet in the room with no door - but one could see own reflection in a huge mirror (creepy), no warm water, cold and windy inside and very noisy- one could hear the entire house. The door was not safe, and someone tried to open it in the morning without knocking. The booking said they have a restaurant and wellness area, but none was true. There was nothing to eat except overpriced chips in the small mini bar. They asked me to pay 30 euro cash deposit. I went to bed, and 20 minutes later, my skin was itching, had some bites on back and belly. I turned on the light, and there were fleas jumping in the bed. Fleas...I killed some, and decided to leave. But the location is very remote and there was no taxi available. The bed smelled like old and cigarette, although it was marked as a non-smoking room. Early in the morning, I asked them to drive me to the airport, as they said they did it for 25 euro. They kept my entite 30 eur deposit and shared no receipt. Please stop sending people there and stop this collaboration.
