During our stay we needed the agent Winahost a number of times for issues. They provided good and fast service. To compensate for the inconveniences, we were granted a free late departure.
Less fortunate was that we did need their service multiple times. The airco needed some servicing before we would use it. The oven did not work. Further more, The dolce gusto (unjustly named Nespresso) machine in inventory description) probably needs servicing too, it did not work properly. I guess it needs to be descaled.
One of the bathrooms started to smell badly during our stay. The vacuum cleaner was nowhere to be found.
Our tips for the owner: The 2 person bed (not master bedroom) was wobbly and unstable, and kinda screeched over the floor tiles. A larger drying rack for laundry would be a great addition. Also coasters and a table cloth, a water boiler or kettle, and soup bowls would be a welcome addition. We bought two coasters for the pans and have left them there for future guests.
