Not Idyllic at all Terrible do not rent from this owner not responsible or responsive
The nightmare began on check in after traveling all 2 1/2 days to get there, the front desk had no record of us, it took about 40- 50 minutes (after a 1 1/2 drive to get there) to contact the owner to verify we rented the place. The place is run down, no coffee maker, filthy stove that had only one burner working, no wine opener, pots/pans horrible condition, the toilet seat and sink stopper were broken in the master bedroom the curtain rod which fell on my son was not secure and broken we he tried to close the curtains. Construction noise jackhammer level and worst at times, were constant with only one day relief on Sunday. I was able to get a hotel on Monday for a very expensive price as it was such short notice and requested that I be reimbursed for the days I did not use April 15 to the 17th, the owner did not reply did not acknowledge me at all. The pool closed at 8 pm everyday we used it once as we had excursions and didn't get dinner until late as we had to go to out to eat for hot meals (the oven also did not work) The good thing about the stay was the wifi was good, the location was secure and clean plus free parking. I do not know if other units are so much in disrepair and flithy but if you are looking for good accommodations go elsewhere. I have pictures that I took I wish I could upload to show how bad it was and how flithy the coach was. Consumer beware!
