AC and heater is Nest app controlled .

Please clean the dishes you used, do not leave them in the sink. You can put them in dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you leave. There are dishwasher detergent under the sink.

You will be sharing the backyard with guests from 2 other units which are completely detached house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since each unit has a completely separate entrance.
