This cozy 4 bedroom 1 bath beach house is just a few steps away from Mission Beach and Boardwalk. Newly renovated with a beautiful beach view from the front yard. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and more.
1st bedroom queen bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed, 3rd bedroom full over full bunk bed and 4th bedroom cal king.
This cozy house has everything you could need. High chair and pack-n-play on request.
This house does not have parking. There are 2 parking spots in the alley directly next to the house that are open to the public. There is more alley public parking further south and north of house. I will be happy to share my parking tricks for the house.
We have plenty of sand toys, kids scooters and 2 adult scooters. Beach chairs, umbrellas, folding table and chairs.

Amazing home in one of the best beach areas in San Diego
Stayed here 4 nights. We’re from the area but wanted to stay in a home close to the beach. Found this beautiful home and booked. Host was great and check in was a breeze. Home was nice inside and has a typical older beach home vibe on the outside. Home was fully furnished with comfortable beds. Fridge has condiments and plenty of cooking ware and dishes. Nice sitting area out Front with a great view and nice breeze. Home was clean and fresh! Host was great in showing available parking and tips in the area. The location was incredible, the host very responsive and helpful. The house is cute, but the walls are paper thin, and the interior definitely appears to be a quick flip for rental purposes. But if a cute beach shack immediately on the ocean is your thing, this is the ideal house.

Perfect Location
What a great property. The location can’t be beat and Lauren was a great host. The bed in the Master was very comfortable, and the cottage is adorable. All of the amenities are modern and worked perfectly- the shower had great pressure and we never ran out of hot water. Well stocked with beach gear and the outdoor shower was handy. We were able to find parking and then just walked everywhere for the week. We will definitely be back!

Great Place!
The property is exactly as pictured and described. Lauren was so welcoming and communicative, which we really appreciated. We had a little bit of a struggle finding parking for our second vehicle, but there is a neighborhood by the Catamaran Resort where we were able to find a spot and had no issue. The location is great, right by the beach and walking to distance to the bay. I especially liked that is was pet friendly, the cute little outdoor area, and that the home itself is all your own - it’s not a split level with another family above or below you. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back soon! Thank you again, Lauren!

Family Beach trip
Location is everything for this property! If you want beach front without the cost, this is the next best thing! It takes approximately 10-15 seconds to walk to the beach. I also loved that it was ground level and a single family since we were traveling with young kids, it was great not having to lug all your beach stuff up stairs and I didn't have to worry about my kids disrupting the neighbors up or down. The house was adequately stocked for a beach vacation and we utilized walmart grocery delivery for most of our other needs. There is not parking, but when we arrived on a Friday afternoon we were able to get a spot in the alley right by the house and did not have to use our car the entire trip. If you were planning on coming and going a lot by car, that may be more of an annoyance, but the reason we chose this property was for the location, we were able to walk everywhere! Also having 4 bedrooms was great for everyone to spread out sleeping and I found it was quite rare in most other properties around. The host was incredibly prompt and kind in all communications and we would no hesitate to stay here again, I hope we get the opportunity to!

Great house and location
A group of us (5 adult females) rented this house for a work trip. The location is fabulous at just 1 house away from the beach. We were able to hear the waves and feel the breeze both inside and outside of the house. The house doesn’t have AC but the breeze through the open windows made for pleasant evenings - minus for the bunk room in the back. It took longer for that one to cool down even with the fans (due to the being blocked by the surrounding homes) so I slept on the couch. O was both super cool (used a comforter) and comfortable. There is also construction going on with the house next door, and the workers show up around 7. Even so, the house had the perfect beach feel and the host was very attentive. We would completely enjoyed our time and would totally rent again.

We do this trip every year and this has been the best house!! Lauren is amazing, the house is a fantastic location. We didn’t rent, we only took an Uber to and from the airport. You can walk everywhere. The house is well stocked with towels, and soaps. We really hope to stay again!!

I overpacked! This place has everything :)
I can not thank the Host enough for how amazing this property truly is. My Husband and I booked 6 nights here to have a vacation and get hitched! It was truly as if we were staying in our own home for our stay. We brought everything we thought we may need and the house ended up having it. Communicating with the Host was easy-peasy before, during, and even after our stay. The house had more than enough room for 8 and I will be honest, I was a little worried with one bathroom, but with the shower outside we made it work for after the beach! We never once ran out of hot water, I need a water heater like the one in this house!!!! Thank you very much to the Host, I look forward to next summer!!
